Got my #1 cheeseburger at drive thru. I ate few hot and delicious fries, grabbed my burger, unwrapped it, took a big bite......It was cold. Cheese barely melted so cold. What a large disappointment.
Even without coupon 2.50 for their breakfast items worth it. Night manager very courteous even at the end of her shift and having just been in an accident less than a week ago. Very impressed
Slowest drive thru ever. 30 minutesOnly one window open and not worth the wait or pulling off the highway for...Maybe if they would operate the drive thru as designed customers would not have to wait 30 min in a drive thru you can't even get out of line from.P1ss poor management. Sorry hire someone to operate the register you have a full parking lot of drive thru customers.Respect your customers time. Close more tickets.
Burger and fries x2 - both the burgers were awesome and made just how we had ordered. The fries on the other hand were old and greasy and we ended up throwing them in the trash.Other than the fries though my overall experience was good. Went through the drive thru. There was a few cars but the line moved along good and we were back on the road quickly.
I have yet to have a bad meal at this whataburger. Every sandwich I've tried is delicious and the battered onion rings are the best waaaay better than breaded. It's always a treat to go and get whataburger. It's a favorite and we don't mind waiting in the long lines.
They were super busy and we had a large group and they still managed to get our food to us fast. It was hot and fresh.The workers were kind, patient and helpful. We will Definitely be back!
Whataburger is the MOST unsanitary place to go. They are working their employees knowing they have covid. And won't send them home to even get tested. It's disturbing. I'm a high risk person with diabetes and I don't appreciate them not taking covid precautions LITERAL...
Love their breakfast options. Whenever we travel to a place with a Whataburger, we will try to get it. Open 24 hr the employee looked pretty tired at 6am, but was still friendly and got our order right.
Went there after traveling to OKC from Arkansas last night. Read the sign on the door that they were out of Mustard, Ketchup, Spicy Ketchup, chicken, shakes, ice, etc. I should have known better than to go inside. After entering the front door, out of the 8 employees standing around, nobody greeted us. All the while an employee was cursing while my wife and daughter was standing there. We immediately walked out without purchasing anything. There seemed to be a lady manager there who had no control over these employees. Will never be back to this location as we were left mortified and awestruck at the same time. The GM should be very ashamed of this location as it makes their franchise look incompetent. Unreal.....
I used to love Whataburger before I was diagnosed with Celiacs Disease (allergic to wheat) in 2020. If they offered a Gluten Free option & separate preparation stations it'd be 5 stars for sure. The closest one is a quite the drive from Central Nebraska.
