One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant! First off they were out of French fries or potatoes. We went ahead and ordered the sandwiches without a side. I ordered the Asiago ranch chicken club with no tomato. My husband ordered a bacon cheeseburger. We pulled up to the window and paid and were informed they were out of paper to give us a receipt. We pulled to the next window. They handed us the 2 kids meals and my sandwich but said they didn’t have my husbands burger on the screen. Of course we have no receipt to look back at what we were charged for. We drove off and I unwrapped my sandwich to find there was no sauce or cheese on it. Considering Asiago and ranch are in the name of the sandwich you would think at least that would be correct. Needless to say we will not be back!
Went inside and took awhile for anyone to acknowledge us even though they all looked at us. When someone finally came to help us he was very rude and acted like we were a burden. My husband asked one of the managers to come talk to him and the man looked at my husband, shook his head and went to hide in drive thru. The one getting our order together almost dropped a fry out of the box, caught it and shoved it back in with his bare hand. Then got mad when I told him I wanted a different order of fries. I won't be going back. The garage is right up the road and they never treat us this way. Not to mention the food wasn't great. The baconator was pretty much just two patties and cheese. Couldn't get a refund or I would have. It was an app order on night shift.
Everytime I come here whether it's just a pop and frosty. The employees are extremely nice. The place is very clean. Had my first vanilla frosty and it was amazing.
The food was good and warm, close to being hot ?, which is a really good thing! The person at the order window was friendly and pleasant to me! And the person who gave me my order was very polite and friendly! ???
We went to the drive thru. They were professional,fast,friendly, and accurate. My order was correct.
Wendy's food is always good. A good variety of different menu items makes Wendy's an enjoyable place to eat.
Never going back my wife as I ordered door dash and my burger is not even cooked all the way through and my wife’s fry’s r ice cold
I've always loved Dave's place!! I used to live in Ada,Okla back in the 80's. I went to Wendy's for breakfast after football practice and then lunch almost every single day!! One of the safest days of my life was when I found out they were closing down. I always wished they would bring it back, but they never did....Dave Thomas has hands down, the best burger I've ever eaten! ( Except for a close tie with the "BIG ED'S BURGER" from the 80's as well. Keep up the great work there in Shawnee!! Very clean dining area, restrooms and prep areas! The staff was very friendly and helpful. This Dave Thomas fan will definitely return to your fine establishment in Shawnee Oklahoma!!!
Terrible. Staff got order incorrect even after I repeated myself, manager refunded me the difference. I drove away with what I thought was a complete order only to realize I hadn’t received part of it. Went in to retrieve missing item and noticed a lot of hygiene issues. Example: manager not washing their hands after making a run outside and then touching food items with barehands afterwards. Food was disgusting and inedible. Never received a receipt at all either.
