Went through drive through for a burrito and fish taco. Forgot to omit chilli fr burrito. Service and qualify were decentWorked as a teen in this franchise
Stopped by after 10:30am, and the dining room wasn't open. The woman that opened the door said it would be 20 minutes. We had an errand to run, so we left and came back at 11:30am. There were only two people working. They handled the drive-thru and dining room during lunch, and did a great job. They hadn't had the chance to make guacamole or stock the salsa bar, but I wasn't mad about that. They were both pleasant, and did a great job, considering they were short-handed.
I love this taco bueno. I will say, they are greasy and usually understaffed- but its the best cheap mexican in town. If you're like me and love food that will give you a heart attack- don't look any further.
Omg! This place is ridiculous and will never step foot in Bueno again! Ordered taco salad and got Zero toppings on it and returned to where I paid for it and No one knew what to do! I’m speechless about this place! What a Joke!
My first time earing at a Taco Bueno. Staff was courteous and helpful. Restaurant was clean and nice environment. Will be returning.
Out of everything no salsa or jalapeños out of every pop but hi-c no muchacos need to shut the doors until fully stocked worse experience ever will not be back to Shawnee taco bueno

I have recently taken the management position, I understand things haven't been good in the past with the experience at Taco Bueno, at the Shawnee location, I apologize for all the bad ones you have had . Never gets my order right.. terrible help... never answers the phone.. need I say more... worse bueno in the state... as my Mexican a cantos say!!!NO BUENO!!!!
