Went to this one because the other one didn't have potatoes. I asked multiple times for extra mild sauce. So, they put 8 on my ticket. I then had to wait almost 20 minutes for my food. When they walked it out to me, I was told that they had made sure my sauce was in my bag. I drive back to Pink, Oklahoma (we don't have a Taco Bell closer than Shawnee yet). I open my bag. One. Sauce..... ONE. For three breakfast burritos.
My wife mistaking order online twice when I picked up order I asked about the second order. Was told no just the one . Was billed for two orders and only got one.so my 25 dollar taco bell dinner turn into 50 dollar headache not happy !! Still waiting on a response from taco bell it's been a week now .smdh I won't say I won't ever eat there again.but I'd like to cuss some one out.Errrrrr .stuff happens I know but I want my money back yesterday
I consistently have great service here. I’ve been going with my wife for the past couple of years. Lots of good food at reasonable prices, quick service, and great order accuracy. I’ve had one mistake in my order over two years.

After two full bites of nothing but flour tortilla, and some digging, I finally found the beans in the very small bean burrito. Whoever was preparing burritos tonight, Taco Mayo in Tecumseh should thank you. GO TO TACO MAYO IN TECUMSEH. Taco Bell is a waste of money. Unless you prefer more tortilla than beans in your burrito.
Ordered potato tacos 2 of them had a clear bubbly fluid leaking from them. Assuming it was a cleaner or someone’s spit. Potatoes were burnt, as usual. Overpriced, horrid quality, and a bunch of sauce guardians defending what is precious to them for minimum wage.
Love taco, Favorite place to grab something to eat. Nice staff building is clean.
The quality is hit or miss. However I've noticed when the older gentleman is working there, the quality of product and speed of service are on point.
Ordered the 3 Supreme taco meal with no lettuce, I received 3 tacos with meat and cheese only.
I visited your location in shawnee oklahoma store # 030939 at the Harrison Street Location the managers name was supposedly Wendy and as we waited to pull up close enough to the drive through speaker to be heard she, the manager chose to say to us "hello, what do you want I have asked you 4 times" when we asked if she was serious, because we were not close enough to the speaker to order and had only said hello to begin with, she said "what i have 2 employees on and ive asked you 4 times what you want" with so much uncalled for disrespect we were shocked. When we asked for the manager she only said "I am" and when we asked for the store number and her name she refused to give it to us, she just stayed silent. When she didn't speak up a team member named Brian finally came to the speaker and gave us the information the manager should have given us. This was the most unprofessional, shocking experience i have ever had at a taco bell and to make matters worse she behaved that way with my children present. What an absolute joke, if these are the managers Taco Bell is proud to have running their restaurants then the Taco Bell brand as a whole should be ashamed of themselves for such excruciatingly poor business practice.
