I love most Sonics, but this location has been bad all four years I’ve been at OkBU and has been getting worse every semester. Their order accuracy is abysmal, and the ice cream they make is terrible. You’ll get a Blast and there’ll be about five pieces of candy on the top of the ice cream and *nothing* inside it. Today, I ordered on the app. I didn’t get any sauces and had to call the lady back. When I got home, I realised they didn’t give me any fries. When I came back and showed them the receipt, the screen clearly indicated that they heard me say “I’m missing two medium fries” but they brought me a bag with only one and were confused as to why I still needed another box of fries. I am baffled more and more every time I’ve come here. Today was likely my last time. At least the workers are polite— there’s that, at least.
HORRIBLE SERVICE !!There is absolutely no reason in using the app, when you’re stuff isn’t ready. You have workers stepping out to their cars parked in stalls to take smoke breaks. Sonic just sucks now

Used the app to order lunch and a treat for my kids after a bad dr visit. 35 mins waiting we were missing 3 drinks and popcorn chicken. We got the drinks but it's been another 15 mins and still waiting on popcorn chicken. Carhop is very rude from the start.So in total waited an hour for our ALL our food and was treated horrible by car hop.
I guess I thought I would give this place another try after the last terrible experience. Went through drive through, ordered a sausage breakfasburritos. It literally had 2 little pieces of sausage in it. My husband got an ultimate breakfast burrito and it has eggs in it. Thats all...NEVER AGAIN will I waste a.penny at any Sonic. They are all disgusting.

Horrible. My food was cold and I didn't even get all the correct food. The lettuce was really soggy with brown edges. Ewwww.
I use the app to get half price drinks, and they're the only place in town to serve Sprite Zero. Service is ok, but they have a lot of trouble keeping the building and screens going.
I like Sonic. But this one tends to get orders wrong more than some. Check your order, then drive away.
