I have always been a big fan of the burgers they been good and fresh. Love the pickle burger and also the pickle fries I was excited to try them also my kids who are picky are now a new fan of them ! LoL crazy . Sonic has always had the best ice by far since I was a kid there drinks . Great job guys I appreciate a good ole breakfast in the morning.
I normally don't have a problem here, but last time it took forever and they didn't even know what their promotion was and gave us something else. Also we waited for 20 mins in the drive thru and no one even greeted us for 19. Nobody was in front of us. I get being short-handed, but it is fast food. If you're short handed, maybe have better incentives to work there. Maybe don't open if there isn't adequate help.
On corndpg day I say in line (4 cars in front of me) for 15 minutes for 4 corndogs. When I said something to the window person because she tried to give me the wrong ordet6, and then I waited 5 more minutes. I have NEVER gotten an order at this store that was correct since it opened. When I complain, the management is always very rude. DO NOT use this Sonic. My suggestion, OY go the the one at 177 and Hardesty Rd. They get your stuff correct and still hand bread their onion rings every day.
Go elsware do not give this sonic a thought. They do not care to hear the customers. Ordered 2 #15 combo when it arrived there was no ketchup or salsa pushed the red button and asked for the condiment and they demanded to charge me for them. I thought corporate sonic give condiments with order free as they are free in the app free! These people need to know the customers pay the bills.
I used the sonic app to place my order ahead of time, which I LOVE! I never have to wait for my food now, whereas before it could take a bit for it to come out. My food is always hot and fresh here. Chloe has been my car hop the last few times; she is quick to serve us and super nice. :)
Food isn't bad it's the attitude of the staff ordered for my family of five and they couldn't even wait til the mic was off to complain about a big order then acted very rude when she brought our food out.
Amazing drive-thru employee @ Sonic off Highland St. in Shawnee, Oklahoma!! She heard the excitement in my voice on asking if they brought back the frito burrito. It was so nice she noticed and she was so happy to take my order, make me smile at the drive-thru acknowledging my excitement and even saying when they go away since they will only be limited time thru out the years now she said you could just bring your own fritos and request a chili and cheese burrito and add the fritos!!! Lol!!! It was just nice for the awesome service because I feel like fast food customer service has gone out the window or any kind of services that deals with customers in general for that matter. So thank you for amazing experience!! ?
Was very busy, and was curtious when taking my order. Was brought to my car who was nice.
This is the SLOWEST Sonic probably in the entire chain. I orded a simple diet Dr. Pepper no flavors or food from a stall & thankfully I was paying with cash because after 20 minutes I just left without my drink. If I would've used my card to pay I may have sat there all day!
All I went for was a cherry vanilla coke. I took one drink and it was like a bottle of cherry nyquil. I asked the girl to remake it and it was still super bad. It was almost like she was being petty on purpose for some reason. Even before I got to the window and was trying to place my order no one spoke to me I felt ignored. I won't be returning, ever.
