Warning!! I am a previous employee and I am warning future workers of this place. I was moved up to team lead and promised a $11.25. I was told it would start aI even asked to make sure my raise was approved to which the general manager said yes the owners know and approved it but when I received my first check with new raise it was not on there. I let the general manager know to which she replied the owners would put it on my next check. My next check came and still no raise or the previous checks difference. I once again let schlotzskys general manager know and when I went to the owners they stated they did not know about my raise. I even asked the stores assistant general manager and even she stated the owners knew and approved it. I let the owners know what the stores managers had said to which they replied they didn't know and refused to pay me for the previous checks difference. I no longer work there because I have three young children to provide for and could not work and not get the correct pay. Help any one know how I can get the money from that is owed to me???
I had 2 people ahead of me in line. It took 12 minutes to get up to the window. I did not order a drink. My order was ready but when I got to the window the girl was making drinks for the order behind me instead of getting my order to me. So frustrating. I was at the window for at least 4 minutes before she picked up my order and handed it to me.
At this point I don't think the employees currently working at this location deserve anything more than 1 star, we are regularly getting our orders incomplete, missing items we've paid for, kept coming back hoping this time they'll get it right. What puts the cherry on top for me is finding a piece of foil inside my sandwich. I'm done with this place.
Definitely a good sandwich and the Cinnabon alone is worth the trip! Slow drive thru.
Nice clean place however staff is definitely lacking, the price is a tad on the high side, originality on point. Together with the taste, make it not hurt so much down in ur pocket afterwards.
Have eaten at Schlotsky's in Shawnee 2x this week. Tuesday we had the Italian calzone. It was so delicious we went back today and ordered the French Dip calzone. It was great too. The staff was friendly and the eating area clean.
Loved the food and service wasn't bad.
I went through the drive through to grab a sandwich before heading back to the city. The line wasn't too long but it took over half an hour because only two people were there working. I can only imagine how stressful that was. The girl who took my order was so nice, despite being very busy. I am grateful they decided to go to work that day. Their generosity didn't go unnoticed.
I’m very understand when it comes to foood service not being fast sometimes but this was insane. I understand they’re short handed but I put in an online order and got there and still sat in line for 40 min and was extremely late to work. Apparently ordering online is in fact not faster. That’s ridiculous. Probably won’t be coming back.
I placed my order and paid online for pick-up. I arrived at the time my order was to be ready. I stood by the pick-up spot as indicated my a sign that said avoid the wait... I waited 10 minutes before I was asked if I could be helped. After telling the employee I had an order for pick-up I waited another 10 minutes. Finally my order was found, already made and sitting on a counter. Very disappointed with this pre-order and prepay online service; drive thru would have been faster with fresher food.The food was good. As good as it could be sitting out for all that time then the drive home.
