Wow! My friend and I chose a great day to go to our local Rib Crib in Shawnee Okla! No waiting today, got seated fast! Food was, as always, very delicious! But the best part was the service! Our waitress' name was Brittany Burden! She was funny, warm and friendly. We never had an empty glass of tea... When you go to this location, ask to be seated in Brittany's section, or at one of her tables!, you won't be sorry!
Brisket was so fatty I could not eat it.Sent it back- waitress never apologized. I replaced with ribs.Ribs were served on a desert plate. I did not get a pickle or my toast which I left brisket plate.Yuck ?
Went and had a late lunch today. Our waitress was great. She was very busy but also still perfectly attentive. However. It looked like some fellow patrons stole all her pens off her table and who knows what else.
Drive 25 miles 2 or 3 times a month to eat here because of the ribs. Have been there two times as of late and after you are seated and order you are informed the they are out of ribs. Should change the name to NoRib Crib .I am going to start going back to Billy Boys where at least they have what you order.
Came into Rib Crib in Shawnee with my family (6 of us)1st we were told they could not set us together even though there was plenty of places to sit that were opened! We suggested to put two tables together or sit at 2 different tables that are next to each other. We we told they could not split a part up. Then we were told it would be a fire hazard to sit at different tables that are next to each other, even though there was other people sitting at tables right next to each other! That makes no sense!!!!! Waitress came back and said manager can make an exception for us to sit at different tables next to each other. Then some of us wanting to order some ribs, then was told they are out! Waitress not very friendly or attentive. Waited over a hour for our food! We will not be coming back again!
I expected better especially since they upcharge you for brisket. Dry, cold and flavorless. 43 bucks for two people wasnt worth it. They also go in and manually manipulate the estimates tip percentage so they make more. Always do your own math. Companies are being sued for doing this.
The best thing about our dining experience was our waitress Sydnie. She is the only reason it was rated with 3 stars, otherwise it would have been 1 star (would have rated it zero stars if it was possible). The music was too loud. The food was so-so...not worth the $59 we spent.
Little ways south of I40 in Shawnee. In the end of a strip mall so parking is limited to vehicles without trailers. Wasn't busy, we were promptly seated and servers. Waitress was nice and the food was good. Definitely left with food on the plate, portions were large. Sweet tea refills were abundant. We will definitely add it to one of hour regular stops on I40. Thanks for the good meal.
Food was delicious. I had the lunch deal which came with 2 smoked meats and 2 sides. I had brisket and sausage Mac and cheese and a salad. Everything was cooked to perfection and reasonably priced. Will definitely come again
If customer service is the game these guys are 5x grand champions. Will be back, the potato they gave me was too big and they said it was a small one too
