I'm not made of money!! The chicken is way over-priced! almost $ 60.00 for a bucket of chicken and a side? No way i'm paying that much for chicken! Slow customer service, over-priced chicken. A complete rip off! Go to Red Lobster or bandara reds it's better quality food at a cheaper price! Unless of course money is no option. But for the rest of us, it's just not worth it for chicken. Perhaps the chicken is trying to pay itself thru college? Hahahaha What ever the reason, it's just not worth the price, in my opinion. It's chicken!! I do love the chicken from Popeyes, I just can't afford it.
Slow service. The spicy chicken sandwiches were past their prime sitting in the warmer and were served to me even after the kindly woman at the register asked the manager if they were fresh. He stated if they are in the warmer they are good. I got 2 old chicken sandwiches and the idea to not visit this location again. Too bad, the chicken sandwiches were a favorite. I will have to shop with the colonel for chicken sandwiches from now on.
I did a drive through order and compared to other Popeye's around the area, this has by far been the best experience I've had. The order taker spoke clearly and was very patient.
The fried chicken is very good. But they don't have a very good variety of meal deals--had to buy things separately, per piece, such as adding any number of chicken strips.
No way to pickup a call ahead order without going thru the drive thru. The order was throw together when I got to the window. Order consisted of what ever pieces were under the heat lamps. I don't know how long it takes to turn a thigh into jerky but they did it. It was not of the same quality as previous visits.
The food is good but the service is terrible now. I know that most places are short on staff but that's no reason to make them wait while they talk on their Cellphones!
I went through the drive thru made my order paid and picked up my food came home and they missed my order, not everything but if it's missed up leaves a sour taste sucks not going to drive back 3 miles to fix what they should have done correctly in the first place. At least they got it right on the ticket
Slowest drive-thru ever! But the food tasted good and the lady at the window they told me to have a blessed day was really a sweet person.
Worst service, they're always forgetting something..trying to make an extra savings on their end by short changing customer ..your business won't go very far manager Sandy.. overpriced go somewhere else
