I ordered & paid online. I went to the window to pick up. The guys asks me “do you wanna leave anything?” I asked leave anything? He said again “do I wanna leave anything like a tip or just get your receipt?” I said I just needed my receipt. I wasn’t having it delivered, I was picking up myself. Took him about 5 minutes to get me my pizza and this is one of them, exactly the way it was when the lid was opened at my house. One slice all the toppings are ripped off and thrown back on top and there is even a stray piece of pineapple in there. That entire pizza was trashed. I’d give them negative stars if I could.

The first time i got ordered delivery it took over an hour to get the pizza because the driver got lost yet that was some how my fault. So I got a cold pizza and wings and no apology then this 2nd time I get a pizza, I pay with my card only for the driver to show and demand a delivery fee. I used my card for a reason which was charged over 26$ with tip, why would I still need to pay a delivery fee. He was so inconvenienced by this and it showed. Must have been my fault also. Smh . So needless to say no apology yet again, no pizza and I haven't a clue if they even refunded my money back correctly. Guess time will tell.
Ordered the big box meal. We only get to eat out twice a month. I love their bone on chicken wings garlic Parm. I started with I want bone in and he said yes that's got them. I was like score. When delivered it's cut up chicken strips with a little bit of seasoning. I call and they said oh u were lied to but your stuck with it cause the guy was new. Try training them before you let them lie to people. Can not believe but I bet if I was a Karen I would have gotten a whole nother box free. I just wanted my bone in chicken wings.
You can train your workers not to be so flat & rude and not to ignore a customer when a customer comes to pick up their order
Slow to come to counter and take our order. Food was good. Bathroom sink was the smallest sink I've used in over 50 years. Almost unusable
I ordered online carryout. I arrived after the estimated time and was asked to wait an additional 15 to 20 minutes for my order. It turned out to be 25 minutes. Then when I got home it was not correct. I, then tried to call so I could get it corrected and pick up correct pizza but was placed on hold for very long time. I called back, was placed on hold again for very long time and then my call was dropped after 15 minutes. So I called customer service line. I never did get my correct order. I had one child that I had to go back out and get food since the pizza was wrong.
This place has not messed up our order until last night when they took more than 35 minutes to have it ready only to give us hand tossed pizza instead of the pan pizza we had ordered and got charged an extra $1.
Get my order correct and delivered all at once and not in pieces and in a timely manner and get a manager that is more professional and not rude to your customers I buy here often and usually spend no less than 50 dollars every time but my last experience was ridiculous!
Make sure our pizza and sides are hot and not cold. I understand being short staffed and busy. But it said 25 mins. I waited 25 mins and still waited another 15 for cold food
