I ordered from the shawnee location for the first time and I can honestly say it will be the only time I order from Papa John's . When I realized they made my pizza wrong and called them to see about correcting it I was told I could come back and they would make it correctly but were unwilling to offer any compensation for their mistake and my time wasted having to travel back there. A simple offer of a 2 liter or a cookie would have gone a long way in making me feel happy to order again. I asked if they could deliver the correct pizza at no delivery fee ( I stated I was happy ro tip the driver) the manager wasn't even willing to do that. The manager did end up refunding for the whole order but it was done with an attitude not deserved since the error was on their end. I had only asked for my money back on that particular pizza not the whole order. Regardless of the refund I will never order from them again and I strongly suggest everyone check their orders.
8 minutes waiting for a call to be picked up... twice. And thennnnn line died... next time Im call and drive and suprise them haaayyyyyyy how you doing.

I am so disappointed this will be like the 4th or 5th time that our pizza is like delivered about 1hour after I order then to find out they are delivering 3 other orders and I'm the last one so more cold pizza ugh. I love your pizza but I'm getting tired of getting it cold I'm disabled and its hard to pick up or I would .
Friendly service and quick delivery. However the pizza was less than what I'd expect from Papa John's
My favorite pizza place for so many years. Everywhere I've ever lived Papa John's has been my favorite, even when I lived in Chicago which has some down right famous pizzerias, still I preferred Papa John's. Will always prefer to order my pizza from here.
Love this place, so good. Perfect spot for me to grab dinner on the way home. Nice employees delicious food and the specials are pretty great
Love it best in town. Delivery range is far so we can get food delivered to us when no other place will, and its always hot
