always a good quick stop to grab a bite while on the road fast courteous service
waited 45 minutes for my food. got the food the fries were brown and soggy, burgers were almost raw, ordered a bacon quarter pounder with cheese they made the burger PLAIN. doors dont close until 11, went up to the doors at 10:40 so they could get my burger correct but the doors were locked, called 4 times no answer. the two workers looked at me knocking at the door and never came up to the door. going to call again because this is the worst service ive gotten from anywhere. (yes i am dramatic im 8 months pregnant) but i spent 21$ for none of my order to be correct.
First things first the manager at this location is a punk. After I tried to order a double hamburger ketchup only he proceeds to tell me that there’s no such thing as a double hamburger on the McDonald’s menu when I know for a fact it’s on there and I’ve ordered it at that location it’s cheaper than the double cheeseburger but he’s trying to charge me for the double cheeseburger no cheese which is like $.60 more and it’s the principle of the thing so screw this location that kid needs to get slapped
I swear the service gets worse at this place ever time I go. Although I have told myself to go to another I never do. Several times we’ve came. Opted to pick up our mobile order indoors, they were closed. Went through the drive thru. Sent to a parking spot and waited over 30 mins. Currently waiting 30 minutes and have to be at work in 10.
When it comes to health standards, and decent health practices, this is the worst McDonald's, ever.The employees take cash payments, play around on their phones, then go and touch food directly. If this was the first time I had this issue, I would think/ it was a rare situation, but the fact of the matter is this has happened twice.To be clear, the first time I complained and got a refund, then four months later I give them a second shot, and it was the exact same thing. The health department has been notified and I will continue to make sure people's hard earned money isn't paying for dirty food they purchase for their children.The managers of this location should all be fired and the franchisee should be more involved.
I have never been treated so poorly. I ordered a 12 dollar hamburger bundle and they left the chicken nuggets out of the bag (we had 4 kids with us so I needed the chicken nuggets) we had all of the food they gave sitting right in front of us and we kindly told the guy that we were missing the chicken nuggets. They argued with us saying they gave us the chicken nuggets and then asked for a receipt (not sure why that’s needed since they have the order right in front of them) and said they couldn’t do anything about it without the receipt. Then when we found the receipt they said they already gave it to us. I told the lady manager that I would pay, but I needed the chicken nuggets but she finally gave them to us. Meanwhile there was about 10 cars being held up. How ridiculous. Maybe they don’t like Hispanics I don’t know
It was not good. Went in for breakfast and there were only two people in the entire restaurant. We waited over half an hour for our 2 breakfast sandwiches. Every table was filthy and it was quite apparent to us that the drive-thru was their only concern. Will never go back. Zero star's for this franchise.
It's usually a poor experience at this location. 3 of the last 5 times I've been, the fries were stale, or the burger patty was old, made wrong, soft drink was flat. The kids like the nuggets, otherwise I wouldn't go at all to this one. It's the only close location to me sadly. I'd give it half a star for making my kids happy with the nuggets. But that's only because they're too young to notice they are stale half the time.
Typically McDonald's. Normal menu, order, pull up, pay, go to second window and wait for food. Then be asked to pull forward and wait for the rest of your order. Wish I could just say no. They're only fooling the computer to think they're keeping up on time. And the sad thing is, the wait wasn't even on a custom sandwich but one they usually have on "levels" aka premade and kept hot for so long cause it's high demand or on special. On the plus side, they gave me free bacon on the mcchickens
Don't let the website hours or even the posted hours on their door fool you, the dining room is NOT open till 11 as they advertise.
