Very clean and very few people inside dining.They didn't have any soda in the dining area though, only Sweet or Unsweet Tea. So, either the machine was down or they were out of soda!?The food here is consistently good and I rarely get the wrong item(s).The staff could use a little better people skills though.
Does this location ever get anything right? Every other day it's something. Forget my picante... or dont give me ANY of the hashbrowns i order. Morning management needs to be fired. Yall have single handedly taken about 50 dollars from me in free money.
Drive thru was busy. Many vehicles at breakfast before work but the service was surprisingly prompt and flowing quite well. Thank you. I'll be there for my morning Carmel Frappe daily.
This particular location is always so nice and courteous! Always making sure that your order is perfect and and they've always made anything right that accidentally came through in the wrong way.
I get breakfast here every morning staff is always friendly and very few times do they ever get out order
The service was terrible we got there at 9:30 pm dinning room was about to close, and I'm really sorry it was so late. I stood at the counter the workers never even acknowledged me for 15 minutes I finally got someone's attention the receipt said it was 9:43 p.m. I finally got my food at 10:20. The burgers were thrown together and the fries were old and cold. Then after we got the food they let us know the dinning room closed at 10.while I was there another customer was complaining his order was incorrect and another customer left because they never acknowledged her.
The final straw. Last time I ordered with the app I was told that the amount was still pending on my card-on-file but that I needed to still pay. So I was charged twice and neither one was ever corrected. Then today I asked for 2 bbqs with my McChickens and fries but was told that's extra? Since when? When do they not just toss some in if you ask for it? Love McD's for a yummy quick lunch but I'm just done with this BS. Also just going to get my strawberry and cream pie, IT'S NOT THERE. Big surprise.
I got a big Mac and I had to put it together myself when I got home because the bread was all together and the meat was all together. The bread was hard af! I can understand that if there is a big line or something, but we were the only ones there!
This is the worst McDonald's. One morning I waited 10 minutes because they pulled me forward for a sausage McMuffin with egg figured I would stop one more time and give him a chance ordered a large latte got a small that was only half filled. Drive across town do not go to this McDonald's.
Quality of food, drinks, and service is always hit or miss. Sometimes it's really good, sometimes it's just okay, and other times you'll leave this location ready to punch someone kind of mad. The majority of the time the service and foods mediocre.
