Come on! This is the worst Little Caesars I’ve ever been to. I’m new to oklahoma and this, unfortunately, is the only store in this city! I miss the fluffy, delicious crust I would always get at the store in Idaho. This is basically a cracker with cheese! And the breadsticks? Horribly flat! This is how the pizza and breadsticks always are from this location. So disappointing! All the staff need retrained on how to roll out the dough and breadsticks. And they all need trained on how to cut a pizza! Seriously, they cannot make a worse pizza! I guess I’ll have to try all the other pizza places around here for a decent pizza.
Don't waste your time. This is the worst location by far. We placed an online order, received an email stating the order was ready, my husband went to pick it up, and they closed down the store. As he was pulling up there were customers leaving with food and the employee was locking the door behind them. It was 7 pm.. Order was placed at 6:15. The employee would not issue a refund. He said we would have to come back to the store the next day and talk to his manager. Just ridiculous. We have issues every time we try and order from here.. Wont be going back.
How hard is it to make bread sticks? Apparently pretty hard. Walked in for a pizza and bread sticks, when I got home noticed the bread sticks weren't done and just dough sticks. So I go back and the girl brings me some more dough sticks and says it's the best they have but I can wait for some more............ I've already wasted time and diesel...........so I say nope I'm done and left it all on the counter and walked out, never to return. This place is a joke now.
Good fresh pizza. The breadsticks were hard and dry. Next time I'll get the stuff breadstix.
I am so disappointed with LCP tonight. I called in my order. I asked the gentlemen how much a large veggie pizza was. He either had marbles in his mouth or was asleep. He said you want a veggie pizza? No, I want to know how much it is. He left me hanging on the phone. He comes back and asks if I'm still there. Yes. He left again. Comes back and says $6 and whatever change. I ask him how much if I add extra veggies. He leaves, I can hear everything going on in the store. He comes back and says $19 and whatever cents. I said uh no that's too much, I'll just order a large veggie pizza. He mumbles something, I said my name is Laura. He mumbles something else I think he said 15 minutes and then he hung up! I wait about 7 or 8 minutes, leave my house to go sit in line. I get up there tell them about my order. The guy working the window is looking for it. It was never turned in. It will be about 20 minutes. I had Arby's tonight. Next time I'll order pizza somewhere else. I have had it with this place. Only 1 in 4 or 5 employees there gives a flip about what they do. The others act like they just started 10 minutes ago. It's ridiculous! Their location is inconvenient. The workers don't have a clue. And their product isn't consistent. One time the crust is perfect, next time it's not brown enough or it's too dark. The savings isn't worth it anymore.

Ordered online so pizza could be ready or close to being ready when I arrived. Had to wait 15 extra minutes past the time they told me it would be ready for my order. When I asked them how much longer they giggled and said I don't know. Very unprofessional. Have been there several times and it gets worse every time! Just my opinion.
Waited at the window for 10min after an employee came across and said “one second please”. Long line of cars behind me. Employee never came back across so I left as I only have so much time on my lunch break. I was extremely disappointed to see two employees at the window when I drove by just standing around.
It was great it was hot it was ready staff was sweet and nice we had a good dinner
This isnt a place Id suggest anyone to go! The place it's self is very dirty, the employees look as if they haven't bathed, most of them have have wiped their hands on their clothing instead of washing their hands. I was sitting in there waiting on my order and I didn't see not one employee wash their hands, but I seen them touch their face touch money pick stuff up off floor etc and again never washed their hands! I was completely grossed out I politely canceled my order and left! I'm sorry, I know some people have struggles of their own, but for every employee to be like that I don't see that as being the issue! The place is not only unsanitary, but the employees are as well!
