Boneless chicken dinner $10.00 . Meal wasn't anything like the picture. The amount of chicken you receive is astonishing. I sent it back. The manager gave me a replacement which wasn't much better. KFC should be embarrassed by the amount of chicken they give you for the price. Don't order the boneless chicken if you want a reasonable amount of chicken. You get more chicken at Wendy's or McDonald's ordering their small order of nuggets.
So disappointed. Ordered a couple of 3 piece chicken strip dinners WITH an extra piece for both meals. Went to the window and specifically asked if she remembered the 4th piece and she said Yes! Not only was there only 3 pieces, they were old, small and tough! Sorry, you’re just not what you use to be when I was a kid!!
I love KFC, it's only place I go to get chicken n I get the grill chicken too just wish they keep few pieces of grill at night too cause I go get it for dinner around 7 pm they don't gave grill, i get fried but I also get 4 grill too But I love it, keep up the work. Works is real nice too
I had to wait a while for someone to approach the cou ter as I was a walk-in. Food was hot and fresh.
I have always loved this location in the Past. I was so disappointed. The girl behind the counter was rude, the food was cold and tasted awful. The atmosphere was anything but appealing, and when I went to ask for a spoon, they ignored me until I almost gave up, then was told with a what rock have you been under tone ( I said spork instead of spoon ..oops) we dont have them any more. We got spoons. Then she took her time getting the spoon and her attitude said I was bothering her. There was only one other family in the dining room. I was surprised in the price difference between what was on the screen and what I paid. No more $5.00 box. I knew that already and didn't mind , but asked which # was like the $5.00 box. I was told rudely , no more $5.00 box. I miss the old kfc when the original recipe had incredible flavor, it is bland compared to years ago, and back then it wasn't crispy at all. Pieces were bigger to.I miss the most, that I was made to feel like family back then, not like just another fast food customer.
The food was really good. But there was a 25 minute wait for bone in chicken. We weren't asked if we were dining in and weren't given any plates to eat our food. There was a couple of people working but I had to wait several minutes to even ask for plates.
Received old, overcooked chicken and old fries.

On a recent trip east, I was overnighting in Shawnee and decided to try a KFC Crispy Chicken Sandwich alone with a couple of sides. I was especially interested in the sandwich based upon the television advertising being shown that 'promotes' this item. I was really disappointed. While I did not expect it to actually be a good as what is depicted in their ad, what I got was not even close to what my expectations were. The chicken was not crispy, the bun was soft and tasteless, and even with the addition of some S&P along with a bit of mayo, this sandwich was a real disappointment. The sides were OK, but not great. The staff was friendly and helpful, however.
