You can’t call in an order and pick it up curbside. You have to do that online. If you’re driving and using hands-free telephone while you’re driving, that’s not an option either. They answered the phone to tell me that. Really!?! You can’t take my order on the phone even if it means I won’t be eating here? You’d think they would want more business, but I guess not.

it's great I love the pancakes!

Love the food, love the service. I really enjoy eating here. They could probably do a little more on their house keeping. Though the Windows and walls are dirty with food splatter and kids hand prints. At least the table and dishes are clean.

A person who i was told was named “Kyle” was a completely rude server. He didn’t bother checking the order of the people waiting so we were skipped twice, and he used foul language multiple times in front of my younger niece, im not sure what his deal was. We usually love eating here but Kyle was THE WORST!

I t was good. But the parking lot, could’ve been cleared for the customers to get in and out safely. Cause of the weather like this

Food was excellent prob the best I had had at IHop in a long time so would like to say kudos to the cooks. I have worked in as a cook and manager I understand what its like nowadays to please people. My only issue was strictly with front of the house. Waitress was quick to wait on us but I had to ask for the check about 15 mins after We had finished eating. Not busy at all prob at most around 20 people in whole restaurant. And when I got ticket paid with 100 bill she had to go into back to get change which took another 10mins or so. And she brought my change which was 11.00 and some change from a 28$ check. I reminded her I gave her a 100$. And she went to get rest of my change. I am understanding which most people wouldnt be, dont know if she just absent minded (which I'm giving her that credit) but I have worked with many over the yrs (being 51 and have worked in restaurants since age of 18) that because they needed money would have tried to just skim some. Just something to be aware of

I had the chicken and waffles. When the waitress brought out my waffles, she asked me if they were "to done", which to most would have been overcooked, but I like crispy waffles so I was good with them. Then 7 minutes later she brought out my chicken with another waffle, since she felt the other waffle was "to done". Right away I could tell that the chicken was way overcooked as it was dark brown. When I bit into a piece of it, it had been so overcooked that the meat inside was dry and hard. I asked the waitress to come to our table and when she got there I showed her the chicken. She said she was sorry and asked if there was anything else she could get me. I wanted the chicken and waffles but had already eaten most of my waffles waiting for the chicken so I asked if she could just take the chicken off the ticket. She said no its a meal then went into this long explanation about how the cooks aren't able to adjust the cook time because the chicken tenders are bigger, blah blah blah... As she's explaining this to my mom and I she inadvertently leans into our table, knocking a piece of the other waffle that was served with the chicken, off of the plate. I must say she had some pretty quick reflexes though because she managed to catch the waffle with her bare hand and then proceeded to set it back on the plate. She turns to leave, hesitates, turns back around, grabs the plate and without another word to us she walks towards the kitchen hollering out to the cook to make me some more chicken. By this point I am done with my waffles, my mom has long since finished her pancakes and we are ready to go however our waitress is no where to be found. She finally returns with our ticket and a new plate of chicken. Needless to say mom and I will not be meeting at IHOP anymore.

While our sever was great, the food was lacking. My children had to wait for their food because it was served to someone else. What looked like the manager look to be more involved into conversations with employees than worried about how food and service was. This was not the most pleasant of experiences we have had there.

Stood at the front desk for several minutes. The only person I saw was the cook who was busily doing her job. No staff even walked through the dining area. Seemed as though every single table was covered in dirty dishes and glasses. Called and spoke with the manager and was told the reason was that they had 30 people in at the same time. There were about a half dozen table occupied at the time I was inside. I left without ever being noticed. So someone else got my business this morning.

IHOP looks so good after it’s recent remodel. I love that they kept the diner vibe, but made it look clean and refreshed. The servers were incredibly kind even though we were coming in later than we hoped. The food was delicious, and came out quickly and accurately. The server always made sure we had our beverages refreshed and had creamer or sugar for our coffee. Highly recommend a visit!
