First of all, Grandstand Grill does NOT take reservations. The “available times” offered by Open Table included a time 15 minutes before closing and 2 times when they are closed. (The manager was very curious how I made reservations since they do NOT partner or take reservations directly through any 3rd party booking company). Although we arrived 15 minutes before closing, we were seated quickly and courteously, and were not “rushed” in any manner. Food was good but not great, but glancing at other diners’ choices makes me think some dishes (burgers, salads, pizza) might have been better than mine (fried shrimp). Currently open for lunch (about 11-2) then closed till dinner (opening again about 5). No mixed drinks till 5.
We had planned on going to Flame (Brazilian style all you can eat meat) but they were closed today (Tuesday), so we went to the Grandstand Sports Grille.Wife ordered the pizza (don't recall what kind but it tasted amazing) and I had the Grilled Cheese Burger, which is essentially two grilles cheese sandwi he's with a burger amd bacon in between. Just the grilled cheese sandwiches were delicious, but the patty came cooked as ordered was no slouch.We also ordered Alligator Tail (we call it alligator butt) and cheese curdsThe Cheese curds came with a Marinara sauce that was good, but nothing special (though the curds were great), but the Alligator Tail with the sauce that came with it was awesome. Just the right heat, and complimented the tail very well. You can see all that was left today as we dug in before photos. Sorry, we were hungry.well definitley be going back next time Flame is closed.Also, worth mentioning that the service was quite good. Very friendly and attentive. Definite do over (the good kind). :)
We come here every year for a work Expo and this is the go to bar to meet after hours. I've had mixed experiences over the years, half the staff is friendly and the other half seems miserable. On our latest trip, the hostess was horribly rude, but our waitress was awesome, the food was delicious and vibes were much better once we were seated.
We been coming here to eat for years 2x a week but the last few months has been terrible manger is rude we get off work at 9 so the time we get there they won't let us get a table due to closing early takes for ever to get our food this place needs to get it together and closing at 10 on weekends is dumb and they are losing money and works that need the hours I would have gave zero ? but I had to give them 1 to write the review
Had the nacho platter and it was HUGE and the beer is very cold
After learning that Chairperson John Rocky Barrett plans to lay off people due to his lack of understanding of science and his own personal hate, I will never step foot in this place again. I highly advise anybody else who doesn’t want to be associated with a hate group to not visit this casino there are many more great casinos in Oklahoma that appreciates your business.
I must say, I was rather impressed by the veggie pizza and wings. The picture doesn't do it justice. The pizza was so hot and tasty with the most amazing cheese!
Taco salad was wilted and gross.
Had to clear my throat, to get hostess attention so that we may be seated, only like ten things on menu, food came warm not hot, waitress only dropped off food, no coffee refill, no checking if we were good..etc...poor experience won't go back.
When I stop in here with my mom the service and food is always good. I usually get a burger and fries, but the last time I selected the onion rings gs and they were really good. It is always cooked exactly the way I asked for it to be. Great place to stop in and grab a bite to eat while you are enjoying the casino.The dessert has been delicious when I've ordered a slice of the carrot cake, but be prepared it is huge! Definitely share it or take most of it home. Good sports bar ??
