The food came out hot and fresh and the folks here was super friendly . A pleasant experience no doubt

Lost my business! I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes AND my food was cold! The customer service was horrid! Don't go here on your lunch break.
I went in with my wife and they were friendly and courteous suggested amazing some amazing food was very clean and orderly we'll come back for date night again with my wife
Is it just me - or has the food gone downhill? I mean, we come for the custard which is always wonderful - but even the fries were mediocre. The staff were, as always, very kind.
Prices are too high for the portions and quality of food. (IMO)

My husband and I went through the drive thru because we're avoiding inside restaurants at this time due to covid. The menu was written plainly. There was a bit of a delay but it was due to the food being cooked after we ordered and it was hot. The lettuce and tomato on their burger were fresh. I tried their batter dipped onion rings for the first time and did not care for them. Their french fries were unseasoned as we'd asked for and delicious. Their chocolate custard was amazing!!! I'll eat there again without a doubt?
