Dined there tonight and great service as usual. Great friendly staff.
The was a short wait due to big lunch crowd but got seated pretty quick. My biggest compliment was our wait person. Brittany was an absolute delight. She was running her tail off taking care of us and her tables. She was patient and polite. Very professional. She did her absolute best to satisfy everyone. With 4 or 5 tables all pulling her every which way, she did a great job. Brittany was a sweetheart and awesome people person. I got a sweet tea and the country fried chicken. It was fantastic. The mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans were perfectly seasoned and good and hot. Our refills were fast and she checked on us every time she walked by. It was my typical Cracker Barrel experience. Good portions, service and price. If you have a good meal, please leave a good tip so they can keep good workers.

I ordered the special which was their fried smothered pork chops and they were delicious! Nice and tender and not dry and the gravy was the perfect flavor. My husband ordered the fried catfish and it was excellent, nice and crispy outside and tender and flaky on the inside, cooked perfectly. The kids all had the cheeseburgers off the kids meal and had no complaints. We ordered the coca cola cake and beignets for dessert and they were so good! Service was great and food was hot and came out timely. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely come back.
My family and I eat here every other month or so. No complaints about the food. We love the variety since some of us are in a breakfast mood while others are in more of a dinner mood. I like the decor and the shop. My son loves the Souix City Sarsaparilla (it's the only place we can find it) from the shop and I really like all the "retro" candies and snacks that I used to get as a kid. My wife is a big fan of the knickknacks and some of the clothing items. I only gave 4 stars because the wait staff doesn't refill drinks as much as I'd like.
I made an online order, went and picked it up. When I got home I realized there was only about half my order in the bag. Called and spoke with Aaron, one of the managers. He asked what it was we were missing and had it ready when we got there. I love the people and the food at Cracker Barrel. Would recommend and will definitely eat here again
The menu had less items. Biscuits & cornbread are no longer brought to the table before your meal & my steak tonight was awful. Tasted like it was cooked in a burnt cast iron skillet with old vegetable oil. Cracker Barrel was my favorite place to go but after COVID they changed for the worse. Still loved the store selection.
Wonderful atmosphere. Quick seating and service for a Saturday. Had Biegnets for the first time. Tasty doughnut with butter pecan sauce. The food is good for the price. Will be back.
I like Cracker Barrel, it is a place where I can go to get a home cooked meal. The only thing I have to say in the negative, is the server decided that she wanted to leave in the middle of her service with us. Her loss because the server that took her place got the full tip. The food was good as home cooking and I like that.
Like all Cracker Barrells this place is great. Good service and amazing home-cooked tasting meals. The potroast was as good as grandma's and their French toast is my all time favorite!
