I’ve got to say we had the best time here. We came in on Friday with a party of 13 , the host (I don’t remember his name) he was great!!! So helpful!! Then there was Brian our server, I cannot say enough about how great he was , so much fun! All the food was correct absolutely no problems at all!!! Shout out to Brian and the host for making our night amazing!!!!!!!you guys are the mvps
What an experience we had at Chili's. We were a party of 8 so we know there will always be something wrong and today was no difference. I am not sure who got confused first, us or the waiter. 10 min to get drinks, then he came back after someone else delivered the starters and said he didn't get everyone's order... so we ordered again. Once food arrived we discovered which 2 people who were missed since they got their food when the rest were 1/2 done. It's what we've come to expect from Chili's

The guy said it would be 10-15 minute wait maybe 5 min more than that. My husband gave his phone number and he said we would get a text. This was at 9:02. After 10:00 we knew we were not going to get a text since you close at 10. On my husband’s phone it said we were still 5th in line after 10:00. We went and ate somewhere else. This was the worst service we have ever had anywhere. To forget to text customers that you took their numbers and told to wait for a text is the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed.
Once before I had the salmon and it was great!, this time it was burnt, they were very busy and we waited awhile for our food so I ate jt anyway to avoid yet another long wait for food. The waitress said that the survey on the pay out kiosk determines whether they get more hours or not. Not sure if that's true. I'll Still visit this establishment only because I've had good experiences in the past.
Absolutely terrible!!!!!!!! The weight staff was terrible! Very rude and unfriendly. We ordered side salads and those usually come out first but we didn't get them and when we asked about them.. all they said was ( you ordered as your side so I didn't bring them out). When we got the salads we didn't have time to eat them before the other food got there.. Then the food was terrible!! The steak was tuff and not seasoned good. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!!!!
Paid over $20 for a 10oz steak and asparagus. Asparagus was not terrible, but the service and the steak were terrible. Put a to go order in and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I got there and then had to wait another 30 minutes for my food. When I got home and opened my food I noticed that the steak was not a 10oz but maybe a 6oz and it was also raw and I ordered medium rare, worst restaurant in shawnee.
Today we went to Chili's to dine in we got seated very swiftly, we got greeted by our waitress very swiftly. But little did we know that it would take 30 minutes to try to make two 6 oz steaks and all we continue to receive was the words " I'm sorry it's taking so long to make your food" not only did we get that once but we got it twice. The establishment was not busy so with that being said we decided to leave. The cooks as well as the managers need to be fired and new people need to be hired.. so if you're looking to have a good waitress, go there if you're looking to wait forever for food ,go there if you're looking for excuses go there..
Food was not great. the server did her best with being on the job for only a week. The management needs to get their act together and get some training for their employees before they get frustrated and quit. A trained and informed employee loves their job.
Manager Mel and server Jermaine were both helpful and efficient. We very much enjoyed our visit. It was around 3 pm on NYE. Kinda busy, service was great. Food was tasty and ?. We will be back!
