Asked for bbq sauce 3-4 times. He gave me a giant tub of gravy instead ?
What's the deal with chicken Express in Shawnee Oklahoma do they try to keep the chicken legs for their self why when you order a mixed or dark and they only give you three legs and five thighs. Or 3 breast three thighs and one leg and one wing .I don't understand that My children like the chicken legs not thighs I'm surprised I actually got three legs this time. though my ticket says four legs four thighs that is not what you get They need to do better or someone needs to do better. and they're rude at the drive-thru I come all the way from Seminole to order I think I might have to start going to Ada because there's no chicken places around Seminole
The best chicken in town, awesome food, prompt service, not much else you can say about this place. Spicy tenders and sweet tea are to die for.
The food would be good but the service is absolutely horrendous at this restaurant. There is nothing “express” about this chicken express. I stood at the counter for over five minutes and couldn’t even get someone to make eye contact with me. If you get the urge to eat at this restaurant you had better have at least 20 minutes to wait for your food.
Went to get dinner at9:30. They are supposed to be open until 10. Was informed at the drive it would be a 15 minute wait. I was ok with that. Then they comeback and say all we have is 2 thighs. If your going to close early just come out and say it.

The food is always yummy! We just had a little bit of a challenge, because we were kinda a difficult order. We had used an app to order, then when we got there we decided we needed other things we had forgotten about. It kinda threw the staff for a loop. Everyone was nice and willing to do a little extra.
Best chicken strips and rolls are goods. It be five stars but lil pricey for fast food and slow drive thru but worth it.
We love chicken express but so many times we come to eat and find out that the dining room is closed !!! We get out of our car walk up to the door and there is a little sign saying drive thru only !!! Why not put it on your big neon sign ?? Headed to Popeyes !!!
