You will not find better food or service anywhere! Excellent place to dine, great family environment, and reasonable prices
I have always liked This place and the food, but they have hired a waitress I believe her name is Erin. Every time we are in her section we have terrible service we get a bad attitude and she slam’s are food on the table. She has never got our order correct. We brought our family after the funeral of my wife’s father and we got nothing but attitude from her that day as well. This was a rough day for my wife already, and when we was leaving she complained about the tip which I thought was good despite the service we received. So the rest of the family that came in late just left because of her attitude. I hope that management can resolve this before more customers are treated in this way. Some people do not belong in customer service. Thanks for hearing my story. Cazadoraz is still a great place to go for delicious food.

Not only was it some of the best service I've had in quite some time, it was some of the best food I've had in some time.It's absolutely worth the mile or so you have to drive South off of 1-40 to get here.From the fresh made tortillas to the phalanx of vegetables that comes with the veggie fajitas to the margarita, everything was top notch!
Service was average at best, when I ordered in took the waitress 20 minutes to come back to me and tell me the kitchen was closed and they wouldn't cook what I wanted off the menu. Chips were old and stale, salsa was crap

First time here, the food was pretty good. I'm not a big fan of Mexican restaurants that make you pay for cheese sauce, so that's why my rating wasn't higher. I would eat here again probably if I was in the area again.
Love the food and drinks.... management is a joke. We frequent the establishment often and so we invited some friends from out of town to join us on a Friday evening. After being told they would not take reservations for a party of 12 we accepted the 45 minute wait. Keep in mind that we made reservations for a birthday party for 16 the Saturday before with no issues... We finally got seated an hour and a half later. Not one apology from a manager nor did a manager ever come to our table during our meal to even check in. We watched 2 parties of 8 and a party of 10 go in before us even though they were lower on the list. Essentially they were waiting to seat us when it was convenient for them instead of when it was convenient for the us the customer. I know a party of 12 is difficult to accommodate but it isn't an hour and 30 minutes "difficult".I was embarrassed that my friends had to experience what we experienced. We will go somewhere else next time.
Service is decent, food is sub par. If you want to experience diarrhea mid meal then this is the place for you. Every time I've ordered take out through doordash they gypped me on certain items or just forgot things on the order. It's not the worst Mexican restaurant I've been to but it's probably the best that Shawnee has to offer.
The service was good, but the food was only okay. It seemed like there were several items that may have been frozen and just heated up. Other than the pico, the food didn't seem freshly made at all. Spent about $9 each person, and left disappointed.
