Really disappointed how far this place has fallen. Burgers just thrown together and/or cold as hell. Fries ALWAYS hard and extremely over salted. This place used to be one of the best in shawnee, now id rather eat at the janky mcdonalds downtown. Customer service is polite and friendly but the food is garbage.
Place was disgusting. Doesnt look like it's ever been cleaned. Food was mediocre.
We eat their breakfast. I have never had to return my order because it was wrong. Their morning crew works hard and are very friendly. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a quick good breakfast.
The gentleman with the long grey ponytail is awesome. Being short staffed and all. Hes always super nice and works hard.
Order a new bacon burger with no onions. Get home and there is onions on my burger and the ticket clearly says no onions. No they were not busy or short staffed since workers were just sitting around. Has been going down hill, but this ends it for me. A $6.00 burger that I couldn't even eat, great full I didn't bite into it before looking at it since I'm highly allergic to onions, got ahead and kill somebody else, but not me.
The staff was so kind and seemed to really take pride in their work and the food tasted amazing! I had a fairly large order with modifications and they got it all right!
They just put my large hash browns in a plastic bag and they fell all over the place and when I called I got told that's all they do I'm very upset about it because I paid good money for this meal and can't eat it all because of them they should of been put in a paper bag then put in plastic bag
Staff was very friendly, food was awesome. Will certainly be making the hour drive to eat here again.
Love the breakfast. This place did not disappoint. All the food came fresh and hot no issues. Will say lunch and on not a fan of.
I visited late in the evening. My chicken sandwich was not cooked completely.
