Would not eat here ever again. The manger was very nice but seemed very overwhelmed. The girl that took my order was a little rude. I told her I needed a few and when I was ready she would rather play on her phone than take my order. My husbands sandwich was not even cooked all my through. For some reason they started turn people away for dine.

Food was cold. Tasted alright. Waited 25 minutes to get our food with only 2 other people in the resturant
Me and my husband got there just in time yesterday cause they already had a line. All the other restaurants was empty except burgers king rhey was super busy. But the food was amazing and the staff was wonderful. Love yall
I have had many encounters at this burger king, and most of them have been good. Some have been average. Personally, I have never had a bad experience, aside from some longer than average waiting times in the drive through. The reason I have respect for this specific burger king is that when I was having a rough time, I was not able to pay for my meal through the drive through. I ended up coming inside the building to apologize, but when I approached the counter, they told me that my meal was covered. After I kept telling them that it wasn't necessary, they just kept insisting that I take it and that everyone has rough patches in life. Because of them, I was able to eat that day. So while there are mixed encounters I have with this restaurant, I have respect for their service and staff.
Drive thru was busy and we moved quickly thru the line. Food was great service was good and friendly!!
I ordered my food last night as I was traveling through Shawnee, the food was good but the service was terrible. When I said on order was mobile I was very rudely told to pull up to the 2nd window. Once I get there I am greeted to a girl who was dead inside. She hands me my drinks and straws without saying a word. When she later returns with the food she shoves it into my hands. After I retrieve the bag she does the standard dialogue of having a nice day with absolutley no meaning soul in her body at all. This is probably the worst customer service I've ever seen and I was in fast food for 3 years.
Worst bk I've ever been to, especially if you go through the -ONLY- option of drive through. The food is never prepared right and they have two people working. Be prepared to wait 30 min in a line you can't leave for cold food.
I was in the drive thru for 30 mins only 5 cars and this was 8:30 pm
