Bathroom was still dirty from night before. The cheese sticks were so over cooked that the cheese came completely out of 2 of them. The bar tender complained the whole time about how bad it was and how she didn't want to be here, she is on the wrong shift. The other staff was complaining about the management in the bar area, "I cant do it anymore, Fu(k this place" she said as she stormed away. The wing were not good. Don't waist your money at this place.
Great service, didn't have the butterscotch schnapps for a drink I like. Could've substituted but a good bartender would've suggested that. The food looked like it was thrown together fast and sloppy. It also was not thoroughly heated. I've been here once beforez and had great food, just one of those days maybe.. still would give it another chance BBW is my go to!Pros: Location, Smoking section.Cons: Cold food, out of liquor.
I just picked up my order not long ago. I ordered 10 wings and I only got 9. What a joke! Paid $15.00 for 10 wings and I somehow manage to get ripped off! Guess I better count the wing before I leave next time, I freaking knew better!
It's 3 pm on a friday, no employees in the lobby. One host whos also serving. Took me 15 minutes to pick up my Togo order. It's slow so I figured I'd get my food faster but there wasn't enough help to handle three tables and one person picking up their order. Huh? Whaaaaat? If you Order through the app when they're busy, good luck getting your food.
I feel so bad about putting a 2 star.... I've been a server forever and honestly... that's not where it is lacking. Nickie did wonderful. They were Short staffed and our family knows how that is. I am such a huge fan of Buffalo wings (boneless for me). They were so dry and out of 20 that I ordered I ate 1. However the potato wedges were fantastic. That was the highlight of our visit. There were 17 of us. "Yes we called ahead". It just wasn't what I expected... the bww that I remember was fabulous. Like I said absolutely nothing wrong with our service. She did so good. But if there is a next time I do hope that it is better
The “owner” of this place should be ashamed of themself.Hey “owner” are you paying attention? Are you reading these reviews? I doubt you are as you are probably some greedy dirtbag that puts profits over people and service.Ugh, where do I start?The waitstaff is terrible.The managers are horrible.The place is filthy.The food takes WAY TOO LONG to come out.When the food FINALLY arrives, it is cold and incorrect.I went here once and will never go back as it by far the WORST dining experience I have ever had.Do yourself a favor and AVOID this dump as there are plenty of other restaurants that deserve your time and money.
the service sucks it's no wonder they are getting shut down it's run by kids an drug addicts. they never fully clean their dishes so everything is re used still dirty they violate several health violations an cook with their bare hands an they don't attend to their phones or follow up with customers an they are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AN RUDE!!!
After using the BWW app, I had a doordash delivery driver cancel on me. The BWW here in Shawnee went above and beyond and sent a staff member with my delivery anyway! They’re the best! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I love this b dubs, great place,great people, good service, great bartenders, good food, fresh beer, there's a buff manager there does a god job. Rest place to go for a good beer won't regret it.
Im only giving 3 stars and that was for our waitress she was very pleasant, our food experience wasn't her fault ,she didn't cook it!! My bf took me for the first ,he bragged about how good the wings we're, I wasn't impressed at all, my fries were old and taste like potato jerky, and the wings were subpar no different than any other wing joint..not worth the money at all!!
