The bathrooms were dirty, dirty. From the outside of the restroom doors all the way in. The lights in the dining area filled with bugs and vents are so dirty. The probably should close for a day or 2 for some real deep cleaning. Seats were not clean and tables are moderately clean. Seems they are not big on keeping things clean. I love Braum's, been in 3 times this week as I don't have one back home. But this is one of the far worst I have seen. Seemed to be plenty of people working behind the food counter, so I don't think they can blame the messiness in that. Food was good as always. I had the aloha grilled chicken burger on the first visit and the strawberry poppy seed salad with grilled chicken on the second. Cherry lime-aids both times. Just ice cream on the third. Braum's over all is a good regional chain and local favorite, go there if you get a chance
Socialist Business -I visited this Braums on N Kickapoo street currently Managed by 'Josh' June of 2022. I noticed that all of the employees were wearing masks when I ordered. I asked a very friendly employee that took my order why everyone was wearing masks and they informed me that the manager Josh was requiring employees to wear masks for a week due to the rise of covid cases in Shawnee.Your employees freedom does not stop where your fear or socialist party kick backs begin.Josh you are a disgrace to freedom loving Oklahomans and an abuser of your employees by requiring masks.
Not sure why, when you order a meal and ice cream. The ice cream is done first and making a mess in the car as you wait on your meal. Someone's not thinking this thru. It has gotten so bad we quit ordering the ice cream get our meal. Sometimes we come back for dessert sometimes not. Also seem like the dips are getting smaller. Ice cream sundaes are not what they used to be.
Me and my young kid took a visit for dinner last night ….. the young workers where excellent but some of the management need DIRECTIONS help!!!! There was a sir name Elijah with blonde hair who was very disrespectful. We heard shouting from our sets and it was very unprofessional.(3 stars for the young kinds)
Went through drive through service was quick. Just left pondering why I paid for a 6 piece when my 6 piece looks like a 4 piece. And junior burger was old and burnt to sh*t.The sundae’s looked nice though.
No banana split, but the good old fashioned vanilla cone hit the spot.I really wish they had their ice cream flavors listed on the menu!

This place was not good. The store was very dirty. I had a salad and the lettuce was wilted and the chicken was old. Husband had a burger, had to give it back with a giant hair in it to which someone laughed loud enough for us to hear it. Easily the worst Braums I've been to. Should have went to Chic Fil A.
A good place to get ice cream and relax with your family they also have fresh produce there and groceries just a small amount of groceries so don't expect to go grocery shopping there but it's a nice place I like it and always greet it with a friendly face and friendly people
The burger was good and so was the candy bar mixer. I saw this place passing through and had to stop. I love both of the major food items they offer lol. They did not disappoint. Now the burger was not in the top ten but it was for sure dependable. Good flavor and not dry. I got the bacon double. Probably the best way if you ask me. The ice cream was great! Not like any I have had before. Creamy and smooth. I would go here again if given the chance.
