Always love the food & service. It's our favorite place to go for ice cream! Most employees are friendly & helpful. Restroom is always well kept. Plenty of parking, with handicap parking available.
Braums is the go-to place for ice cream.Hungry? Grab a burger with Braums sauce, and you can get a shake with it.

The staff were nice and welcoming but that was about it. Repeated back our order correctly and still messed up 3 of 5 meals. Ice cream scoops are cross contaminated i.e. ice cream with peanuts vs without. It's a fast food joint I don't expect perfection but I also expect to eat at a clean table when I go sit down to eat somewhere. So many people on shift that I have no clue how everything's not kept up, I worked fast food and did more with less employees....drive across town to a different Braums!
Food has really gone downhill, but the Milk & ice cream has always been the best anywhere!!
