I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fries, and my husband had the sandwich as well with sweet potato fries! We ordered a Mac and cheese to share as well! FOOD WAS AMAZING! My husband had an old fashion with the smoke show! He said it was the best drink he’s had in a long time!Our waitress was Danielle. She was the sweetest lady! Such a great waitress! Was prompt with everything and had a smile the whole time.The environment here was so nice too! Everyone was so kind and so friendly. It is also a kid friendly place which is always a plus in our book!Highly recommend stopping here! Sad we are just passing through and don’t get to enjoy this weekly!
The food is decent here and the server was great the first time we went. We tried to go again today and the hostess was rude. So as long as you don’t mind poor customer service from the person greeting you at the door you will like this place. The restaurant was slow today and after dealing with the unprofessional behavior of the hostess who was quite frankly old enough to know better we will not be back. Customer service is big to us and respect and kindness don’t cost a dime.
It is a good-looking building inside and out as well as inviting. The food looked and tasted outstanding. All the food has a unique taste to it, but it is absolutely the best food I have ever tasted across the board. The pork chop, steak, fried green tomatoes, chips, and queso Everything. Brian was our waiter, and he was fantastic. I will be back without hesitation, and hopefully, we get Brian again. The prices were also very good. We want to love this place!Last nights dinner was just not up to any standards. Miscommunication from the kitchen.. no baked potatoes. Oh yes we do.Waiting 45 minutes for food. Brought out a tiny fillet. Of course they are sending more. Got my "other" piece of steak with my check.We love steak and really want to enjoy this place but every time it's some excuse about something. This could be a top notch place if you could get on all your littleissues.
Our server Dawn had an attitude from the minute she walked up to our table, we had to order fast because she walked off very quickly. My daughter ordered a hamburger and wanted asparagus as a side, on the menu it states a $1.00 upcharge, well apparently that's only if you're actually getting a meal, a burger is typically served with fries so apparently then the asparagus is Ala carte and is $2.99, which I did not know until I got my check. Not to mention my baked potato tasted funny and when I told her she proceeded to reach over the table ONTO my plate with her bare hands and take it!! When I asked about it this was the explanation I was given, so I put my CC in the clip board and slung it on the table, which she then proceeded to tell me I didn't have to be rude then went in the kitchen and yelled about me to everyone in the kitchen loud enough I could hear her, brought my check back out and the charge was still on it so she sealed her fate tip wise. I have waited tables and it's a hard job and tips are service based, I ALWAYS tip, something, tonight I tipped ZERO on my check, and I will not go back!!
Absolutely amazing place to eat I had a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla that was sooo yummy and their sweet tea is perfect! Dawn was my waitress she did a fantastic job even though I was being a pain and very needy she went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of! I will definitely be making this one of my regular places to eat. Thank you so much!
Prime Rib was not only fatty (some what expected) but full of gristle. Told the waitress and she said they’d had meetings about it but it appears nothing is being done and no offer to compensate for the lousy steak. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you want a good steak.
Great service by our server, makayla. piss poor management, mostly due to Ryan, who claims to own the restaurant. Our server returned to the table in tears more than once and still Pressured through to assist us even when she wasn’t having a great time. My girlfriend, a previous employ, was with me and our server was accused of trying to serve her free ranch (an item that sits at only .49 when charged) Ryan became confrontational upon our request to stand up for our server and we were told never to return. 0/10 experience. (Would rate lower if it was possible.
Service and food was bad. Everyone had to wait on drink refills forever. Someone at our table ordered a filet, and it looked like a $7.00 steak. The NY strip was sinewy, cold, and cooked too long. I try to give everyone a break- I know sometimes it is out of the server’s or the kitchen’s control, but it was everything.
Worst steak we have ever had! Tried to eat but it was dry and no flavor! Dry even though it was cooked medium, was supposed to be a KC strip but it was more like a cheap filet. McDonald's would be better
