My husband and I are regulars who go in at least once a week. We love the smoked brisket sandwich. I love the fact that I don't ever have to argue about fresh fries. In fact when we walk in now they already know to drop fresh fries without me asking. That's the type of customer service that keeps people coming back. Keep up the good work.
Best service yet and food was bomb and they gave Sofia a cup of whip cream
Fried cheese sticks our favorite were nice and hot...but they didn't have marinara sauce. Really??Sandwiches good, too. They offered 5 dogs in the car little cups of whipped cream, thought they said ice cream but the pups liked them anyways.
The drive through worker was extremely rude to me when I was respectful the whole time I work with food so I understand getting frustrated or having bad days but when a customer is nothing but nice and respectful there is no need to be rude it’s not hard to atleast pretend to be nice! I tried telling her I had a second order and she slammed the window shut so I had to wait for her to pay attention so I could tell her again I had a second order. She was very unpleasant to talk to and hope she can change her attitude and be more positive at work.
Second night in a row I’ve spent ten minutes sitting in the drive through. First night I drove off. Tonight, I waited it out. Order came out correct, but items were subpar. Fries were obviously the last scraps at the bottom. They were luke warm and cold by the time I got home. Sprite was quite literally the most off I’ve ever tasted. It was bad. Beef n cheddar was alright.Won’t be visiting again any time soon. Management should be working with their employees to help them if it’s this bad.

It's an Arby's. Kinda wish the tea wasn't behind the counter. They did have this cool looking, lit up coke machine for fountain drinks.
They got to our order wrong, receipt number RBA-05914-OK-Shawnee. Not only that I'm having to post a review online cause you can't get through on a phone line I've tried 5 times.
They do not make me feel like I'm getting my money,s worth, drive through is a hassle, they tend to forget or ignore, request for condiments.
