Eva working the drive thru is A+ on customer service. She definitely stands out in today’s world. I appreciate good customer service and she is one of the best I have heard and met.
This Zaxby’s has never let me down, they always provide the best food & the best customer service, but I wanna give an extra shout out to Cody for being so beyond nice & making sure my family’s dinner was perfect. Wish everyone would go the extra mile like he does!! Would highly recommend this Zaxby’s!
I have to cancel my debit card because I got a mysterious charge from this zaxby not long ago. They never get my order right. Always an attitude at the drive through. The inside was nasty compared to 2 years ago. Ridiculous. I tried to give them many chance always the same problems; attitude and incorrect order.
The first time my girlfriend and I went there we said we'd never go back. Then my girlfriend's daughter started working there. So 90% of everything since has great.
They did not get our order rightOrdered two signatyre clubs, spicy with no pickles. All we got was meat, sauce and bread, no bacon or other club toppings. Was my first time there and may not go back
Getting rough. I used to visit a Zaxby's near work that went out, and I sort of get it. That one got very lax right before shutting down, so I hope this one improves a bit. It's a tough location. First, the drinks have barely the minimum syrup, but that may be the "all possible flavors" touch-screen machine. Anywhere I've been that uses one makes every drink tastes like Diet Pepsi. The tables were mostly dirty. The chicken was pretty chewy rather than crispy, over-sauced so the sandwich fell apart, and bread was stale. I know things are tough right now, but they were not busy at all during lunch.

The day we went the store was empty. We tried their salads for first time, cob salad. It was actually very good. And the service was welcoming and quick
Only four stars because they got rid of my chicken salad sandwich. Other than that they are absolutely wonderful, in service and other foods
I used to love this place, the chicken strips were barely breaded and what breading was there was soggy. The Canes sauce was so salty I couldn't enjoy it. The Soda machine was broke, and the lobby qasxkept so cold that it was miserable sitting in there.
