Whoever packed my 30 piece door dash order should be ashamed of themselves cold soggy fries soggy wings 3 flavors mixed in 2 boxes are y’all really that cheap you can’t separate the flavors ?!?! I would have paid extra for a 3rd go container
Man its so easy for someone to post a bad review but nobody wants to post a good one. I made my order online, came into the store & they where really busy, there was a couple of people in front of me placing there order in store, soon as they where done ordering i told the cashier my name on my order, they quickly gave my order to me, all i could hear from the other customers was them talking trash about how they where mad beacuse i got my order before them...... Do you guys not understand the ordering process, the food they serve is cooked to order, this is not fast food. I dont see a problem waiting for food when its going to be fresh, the cashier even told the people in front of me that it would take 18 mintues. If you cooked chicken wings at home, do you really think they would be done in less time than that? come on. There was a young girl with curly hair working the front that was very helpful, she even went & got a drink carrier & put my drinks in there for me, i was there with my 5 year old son, soon as the front girl handed me my order a large white guy that was cooking walked up & asked me if my son would like a brownie, i said yes........ made my sons night...... if thats not customer service i dont know what is. I will always go to Wingstop Owasso if I ever want wings

I understand being understaffed and everything but everyone was served before us our order was a medium orders and I've been waiting around 30 minutes now:) Still waiting. Cashier was walking around biting her nails and spitting. First time here and never again. If you guys value your time I would never come here ever.
If I could give them zero stars I would.The customer service is terrible.We placed an online order- paid for it online (because they wouldn’t let us pay in store). Walked into the restaurant to pick up our order and they GAVE OUR ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSE. They didn’t ask this person for a confirmation number, receipt, or ID. They literally just gave it to someone who “claimed” they had an order.Things happen. But their inability to apologize (literally ZERO apology) and no accountability on their part (having the decency to try to charge me for the order that we already paid for to make it again) is one reason I will NEVER come here again.This business is a joke. Stay away from the Owasso location, and stick to Tulsa.
Very very poor customer service! I have never been before but the Parmesan wings have great reviews posted. So I walked in last Friday am to ask about placing a large pick up order for Sunday as soon as they open and if I could go ahead and place it with her and prepay or should I do it online? I just went in to verify I cold get 80 wings that early on a Sunday . The black haired lady who helped me (didn’t get her name) assured me she would go ahead and take the order and have it ready by 11:15 , would NOT let me prepay, took my name and number, said she would call me Sunday am around 10:30 when she got to work. DID NOT happen so I called around 11:15 and a guy said he needed to put me on hold for a few seconds, 5 minutes 30 seconds later I hung up called back. He said the lady was not there he could have an order that size ready in 18 minutes. Well I only had two flavors, 50 of one and 30 of another, my husband heard me repeat it at least FOUR times and he couldn’t get it right! And had the nerve to tell me it was not his fault that I was getting frustrated. I asked to talk to someone else and that guy, he got the order correct with one time. Hubby got them picked up just minutes before company arrived but I am a pre planner and was very unhappy about it being cut so close!! As for the Wings, the Parmesan were ok but definitely not worth all the trouble and horrible customer service. I will not go back!
First time at this location and there was a SCREW in my drink. Punctured a hole at the bottom and my drink got everywhere. Food was fine though.
Best wings hands down. Family favorites are Louisiana rub and the Cajun … A pack of 30 feeds 2 adults and 1 kid

Waited 30 minutes for our wings... Just two medium orders. The place was disgusting, bottom of our shoes are sticky from the sticky floors. Nothing looks like its been cleaned for awhile. To top it off, they literally put our fries in baskets, instead of actual to-go boxes. Will never be back lol this place is a joke. Very poorly managed
Flippe and jalica was a HUGE help with my order! They had some pretty awesome customer service and made my experience amazing! I’ve only gotten wings too a couple of times Ill now be regular here!
