They stole my money! I quit going years ago because they never could get it write. Just recently started going back. I’m done going back. It’s just plain dumb. Here’s the email that I have sent to the mobile complaints and their corporate office with no response in over two weeks. I ordered through the mobile app. I was not informed that they did not have frosty’s until I got to the window. I asked for a refund and they told me that I couldn’t get my 1.99 plus tax through them but rather had to go through the mobile app. I tried calling. You are closed. I tried chat it’s unavailable. I would like my money back. This business needs to be closed. Dave would be pissed to find out how you treat people.
Food was great but service in drive-thru was extremely slow for fast food. Not sure if they were short staffed or just a busy time of evening to grab dinner. I saw several people pull out of the drive thru line because it wasn't moving. Hopefully this Wendy's can get more help to speed up the service. It's in a great location, but there are several competitors nearby that could end up getting more business.
Been in line for 25 min, only 5 cars in line, still have at the window, slow slow slow
We waited at least 8-10 minutes for the car in front of us to be helped, we then waited another 8-10 minutes, maybe longer, to be helped at the speaker as if they were helping only one car at a time. We got to the window and paid. There were at least 3-5 workers in the building. They did not help anyone else the whole time I waited at the window for my food. When I ordered my food, I asked for pepper jack cheese but when I got home I guess they got confused and put yellow American cheese on it. It’s really annoying to pay so much for food and not get it correctly. These people need guidance and actual management.
Been to this Wendy’s a few times and it has always been a good experience. As far as fast food goes mine is always been well-made. So far every interaction with employees that I’ve had has been positive. Great place for a late night frosty.
Went through the drive through today. I got the classic Chicken sandwich. With the Combo, fries and a drink. 13$! Your kidding right! This sandwich is average at best. You can get the same thing across the street at McDonald's. Almost half the price. I could understand if it was that good. It's not. It's a chicken sandwich. It could actually be on a value menu. I won't be back.

Worst customer service, there’s one car in front of me and the restaurant appeared empty yet the employee taking my order; Jordan tells me that there would be a 14-15 minute wait before I order anything and that I could wait inside like it’s just going to drive me away but I had promised Wendy’s to my nieces and they were getting their sandwiches. Then 2 minutes later like a regular fast food restaurant he’s ready for my order and we go up and pay. We don’t get a receipt or straws and are told to wait up front for our food.Cold sandwiches and cold nuggetsOnly a minute or two wait again like the people working just have a bunch of pre made for that they’re trying to figure out what bags to put in. Troy has been the rudest worker I’ve ever met, sorry to bother you by ordering some food.I’m never coming back to this location
Waste of money and they will lie to your face. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me the chicken sandwich from the Childrens menu. When I went back to question them they told me they were out of the buns for what I ordered and refused to give me a refund for what I payed for. They will rob you of your money. I did not receive a sandwich because I gave it back to them and they did not give me anything in return. Stay away if you value getting what you paid for.
I would advise people not to take your business there. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, after checking my bag I realized I was given a chicken sandwich from the child’s menu. I assumed it was a mistake and when I asked them about it they told me they were out of buns for the bigger sandwich. I was understanding of that fact and just asked if I could get a return. They told me no and forced me to leave empty handed. I spent $10 for a meal I did not receive so please stay away because they will literally rob you of your money.
