Absolutely love the staff! That were not only incredibly welcoming but some of the best wait staff I have seen. I have been going to Waffle House since I was knee-high and to be quite honest I have been really disappointed in some the last few years. This one has restored my faith. Sorry the picture isn't pretty. It was so good and smelled so delicious that I forgot to get it a before shot.

love this place, probably my favorite restaurant.however, the other night, Misty was our waitress and not very friendly. maybe she was having a bad day, that’s fine. our order was taken, we were given our food and that was about it. when we were ready to pay she had our ticket and after we got up she put it down and said “are you going to grab that” in a very snarky voice :(on the other hand… the asian lady there (didn’t get her name) was absolutely amazing. it was about 1am and she was full of life. called me princess and called my boyfriend boss the entire time… i think she even told us she loved us at one point (i love her to). constantly checking on us and speed cleaning the restaurant in the process. best waitress.

I love the service here. The staff is great. The food is delicious. They even sing happily with the music & you can't help but, dance along with them! Love their good attitudes & attention they give their customers.

The crew there this morning is great. They managed a packed house with grace and laughter. The food was fresh and tasted great, our coffee was kept hot. Great job, y'all.
Waffle House is Waffle House. Food is fairly consistent and almost always satisfies what you are after (I am very partial to their grits with my eggs over easy). Servers usually take better than average care of you, but their are times when changeover may get a bit confusing; still, it's almost never bad service. Just keep in mine their booths and benches are fixed.
We (my husband and I) went in on Christmas night. We expected less than par service, which we received! My only complaint is I ordered a side of Raisin toast with my meal and never received it! I did remind our waitress when our food came and she said she would get it, obviously I never got it! When we got our bill I said can you take off the toast I never got?! She said let me look, I don't think I charged you. Which she didn't, which is why I never got it!
