Wonderful food, a bit slow but my order was difficult and completely fulfilled. I will gladly trade speed for precision
Going inside to eat at this place is just as bad as being outside in winter clothes right now. It’s currently 95 degrees outside and the AC in the kitchen AND lobby do not work. It is absolutely horrible you can’t even enjoy your food at this place! And shutting down until it is fixed isn’t an option for these poor employees either! I’m close with some of them and they are talking about leaving and quitting!!??♀️??♀️This needs fixed ASAP! The freezer is even 80 degrees because they have to keep it open to cool themselves off! This is just sad!
So you can’t even eat in there because the HVAC no longer works. if I was the employees I would file a class action lawsuit against the company for making them work and unreasonable circumstances…. 95° while frying and cooking food is not reasonable….. I do not want sweat in my food nor would I want someone to eat sweaty food ……….FIX the problem before you have a bigger problem on your hands ….if I could write a zero review I would. I’m also going out of my way to contact a Better Business Bureau . OSHA and any other organization willing to help if you do not get your head on straight I will find a way to get your head on straight for you
MANAGEMENT- PLEASE READMy experience with the food was as good as a fast food Mexican-themed restaurant could be. However, my 1 star rating is because of what I was with the dynamic of staff. My order was taken by someone who I believe was the manager, he misheard what I ordered. Communication errors are no big deal, no one's fault. When I saw the incorrect item on the screen, I ask him to correct it. He insisted I had said the wrong item, twice. My husband was with me and very surprised by how he spoke to me, but we just assumed it was a bad day. Then, he delivered food to another customer and was rude again to them. What really was the nail in the coffin for me to never return was I saw a young employee sobbing after an interaction with him, managers should not be making employees cry like that and be so cold about it. I was appalled that this is a horrible highly toxic workplace and I could see that just in my visit. I am asking for upper management to please fix this, you know it is bad if even a customer experiences it in one 20 minute visit.
I love Bueno chips. I was sad tonight though. Went by Taco Bueno in Owasso OK off hwy 20. Horrible service. They loaded the chip's down with salt. So bad we couldn't eat them. I've never had salted chip's from Bueno before. They also messed up my WholeLotta box. I asked for half Burritos, half tacos instead I just got tacos they were half empty. They would not honor any specials. It just sucked.
Absolutely horrible. The last 3-4 times we’ve been here, our order has been completely wrong. I really don’t get how hard it can be.
I spent $18.00 on 2 meals. After getting home, found the meals were not as ordered. From 2 platters the chips, salsa, rice ,guacamole and sour cream were missing. Tried to call Taco Bueno several times but after the phone rang 8 times or so a recording came on saying the line was busy. It was past closing time so it was too late to go back so I went back the next day for and was told there would be no refund because it was the next day!Great customer service there manager, Edwardo. I do wonder what the corporate will have to say.
I haven't been there in years because it was so gross. Decided to give them another chance today.Had to wear my coat inside because it was so cold. I ordered a taco and burrito. The taco shell was cold and stale, meat tasted weird. I spit it out. So nasty. How do you mess up a simple taco???
The food was very good. I messed up my order and ordered the wrong thing and they replaced it at no cost I was very appreciated I will definitely go back
This location is so slow. We wait in the drive through for a minimum of 30 minutes EVERY TIME. Our order is wrong 99% of the time.Edit: took a total of 30 MINUTES to get a muchaco and churros!!! This is unexpected! There is a total of 3 INGREDIENTS!!! How can you be so slow!!!
