If you enjoy a 20 minute wait to get an incorrect order, and a half-hearted offer to remake the order correctly (in about 15 minutes), by all means - This is the Place.Otherwise, try one of the multitude of better options surrounding this so-called "fast food" dive.
It's funny how the taco Bueno in Owasso on 86th street is always terrible I don't know why I bother coming to this one I really should drive all the way out to the other one on highway 20. Tonight I went sit in the driveway was finally spoke to by a gentleman and he says just to let you know we're out of beans and rice and that's all he said to me so I set there for about a minute or so longer and then I finally said is it OK if I order oh yeah yeah go ahead I said I wasn't sure if nobody actually greeted me you just told me what you're out of like you wanted me to leave. Customer service is lacking severely
No one answers the phone there, so I am forced to leave an online review. Hardly any meat or filling in the tacos, plus no seasoning on the meat as normal. Tasted like a stale taco shell with dry meat, no seasoning, just terrible. Then you can't even call them to let them know of an issue. It has gone from bad to worse on product and service at this location on 86st in Owasso.
30 minute wait with one customer! dude charged me for 3 tacos i didn't order & then cant seem to figure out how to refund my money. definitely the worst experience ever.
Picked up some tamales. They were fair. The service at this location was really slow. Actually quite bad. Only 2 were working. It is sad how far Taco Bueno has fallen in food quality and service since inception.
Food was good. The only thing I ask is to stop being stingy with the chips! Every time I order from here they forget to put the chips with my platter!! If I do a doordash I have to actually pay for a chips and queso in order to receive my chips that should come with my platter! I’m tired of over paying for something that should come with what I ordered just to make sure I get it.
Look… As a business owner, I get it. Late nights, long lines, you are not always feeling it. However, as a customer- I am appalled. I am trying to order food for my family and the young man at the box hates being here. We asked what came in the Bueno box and started sighing and was so aggravated at the expense of me asking a question. It wasn’t just the fact I asked, but the every item.. I ended up cancelling half of the order to go somewhere else. Most of the time my order is wrong anyways, but I come back… I will NOT be back now though; This location should have stayed shut down during the pandemic.
Reveiew for GM/Owner at owasso.While at drive through had to wait 5 minutes before I could order because the location did not hire a person to work the drive thru and a person to work the lobby. The kid had to work both. The employee did great 5 stars for them.Additional context while waiting a SUV pulled out and went somewhere else, meaning loss revenue.
Recently reopened after mismanagement and failure to maintain health department guidelines caused them to close. Already they are out of potatoes for one of their signature items. Ugh....
Their food has definitely been better much better. Love their tacos, nachos, side of rice yum. Definitely improved!!
