Hey! I just called to let them know that we got home an had the complete wrong order and they asked me what I wanted to do either a refund or replacement but then turn around and Hung up on me??I wasn't rude. Nor did I have a tone?? Please @management can I have my refund ? I paid $30.02 an I honestly came home with the wrong bag I will even bring the ? of food back ? 4/23/22 11:30pm
This place is great to go to during the daytime hours (I think having a manager there makes a difference) however IF YOU GO EVEN PAST 8PM on any night expect to not have the best service or food. I am a taco bell LOVER trust me! but the other night Sunday 04.17.2022at 10:30ish i went and they did not cook my quesadilla and i asked for extra jalapeno sauce trust me i love the extra sauce but idk if this was suppose to be a joke on them but there was so much sauce it completely ruined it more sauce then cheese and chicken. issues with the tacos are always there. they are not even half way filled and either broken or soggy. I did a receipt review once to win the $500 and it asked in that review if my taco was filled half way with the meat and lettuce and cheese because that is how all and every taco should be made I put a hard NO bc it is never this way. I get it they don't want to work nights, however I feel you should still get the best service even at night.
Terrible, my dorito locos taco supremes were half filled, no ice for sodas, no iced tea, my slushy drink was 2/3rds full and yet the guy was full of spite and attitude, he clearly didn't want to be there, and it made the nice girl uneasy... worst taco bell ever... I never thought it was possible to mess up a taco bell experience until now...

Food very good. They were out of diet drink i prefer and mild sauce. The employee was very pleasant and offered alternatives. I am surprised they did not have kids menu
Couldn't figure out what to eat so came here. I dont eat out a lot of fast food because they constantly forget stuff that I paid for. Joked around with my wife saying watch they're going to forget something. Sure enough I come home and missing a grilled cheese burrito. Thought about calling but what good would that do. Pathetic. People like this are wanting raises as well. Smdh
This is probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. None of our items had the sauces that are supposed to be in them.
The reason I rarely go to this Taco Bell was reinforced Wednesday night when I decided to take my chances and stop by for dinner for my family. I ordered the party tacos crispy (12) and 3 burritos. I laid the party taco box on the seat of my car where it was never smashed or jostled. When I got home and we began eating EVERY SINGLE TACO WAS SMASHED! The only way we could eat them was putting them in bowls and making a taco salad. If I had wanted a taco salad, I'd have ordered one....won't be back!
This location is way better than the location in Claremore.Clean bathrooms.Fast drive through.All of my food was good and stilm hot.
