The one employee was outside with his girlfriend when my family came into the restaurant while the other was stocking the back. When we came in the 1st employee followed us in and yelled at the other to come help us. Then got mad when employee #2 didn't hear and threw a box of gloves landing in the lettuce. Employee #1 then started to take our order with an attitude towards us and employee number 2. After our order was complete and the order of the guest after us the girlfriend went behind the counter and into the back. They all ended up ignoring another family that came in and left after a few minutes of no one coming from the back. If it wasn't for my kids wanting to eat here I would have never stayed. We will not be back to this location.
the lady working was very unprofessional. we pulled up to the drive through window at about 10:15 waiting on someone to take our order than finally a lady with lip piercings opened the window at 10:36 and said “we don’t make sandwiches past 10:30” i said “we’ve been waiting here before that” she replies with “well i’m the one who’s working you basturd” and then proceeded to slam the door on our faces and lock it.

Incredibly rude lady taking orders at the drive thru. Zero sympathy for when I asked her to slow down as I was reading from a list of orders. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
The manager is consistently rude and makes an awful sandwich.
Had an issue where deliver to incorrect address. All said and done I got two sandwiches delivered with the bread soaked. Will be contacting corporate with photos. Thanks and have a nice day!
Very rude manager. Got order wrong then blamed me for mishearing me. Then began yelling and talking over me. Said I was rude for calling back to ask for a new sandwich or refund. Anyone will tell you I'm not rude and very patient. I was frustrated because I had gotten home without checking, my fault there, before realizing my order was wrong and if I had not noticed and eaten any, I could have died from an allergic reaction. I will never go back to this store. And if you have allergies BEWARE. Even though I was very clear and stated the allergy multiple times, they still put the item on my sandwich.
There was a Hispanic male and two females who barely spoke English in front of me in line. The two females and teenage boy working were absolutely horrible to them and after they paid started talking about them loudly how they just need to learn to speak English.
I called to check if the dining room was open and the lady said no. Why is the dining room been closed two Saturdays in a row? Last week mobile app order took us 2 hours to wait in line to pick up.This is ridiculous. Guess we won't be using this subway again.
Had them make me a turkey, bacon & guacamole wrap on spinach tortilla. Really good!
