Someone should tell them that you shouldn't have to toast a meatball sub in order for the meatballs to be hot. I like the bread softer so choose not to toast it. Got it to-go and upon biting into it, it was cold as could be. Had I not had to be elsewhere, I would have turned around and went back to complain in person but had a two hour drive to make back to OKC. Lady behind me in order line was upset as lettuce was all withered and looked as if it had been sitting in the front window of a car on a 90° day, I agreed but employee dismissed the concern. Will NOT be back.

Decided to place an online app order for the 1st time from this location. When we got home from picking up the 2 subs, they were both totally wrong and my wife was pretty upset. I took the subs back and explained to them that the app did not save my options correctly even though they made it correctly. They were nice and gracious enough to re-make my 2 subs while I was there. Long story short, the subway app is horrible, but this location stepped up and did right for the customer. I will be back again.
I went in there three weeks ago, the guy at the counter, Cameron, was too busy being a comedian and trying to play around instead of making my sandwich and letting me get out of there. By the time I finally get to pay for my food, I’m just ready to go, and don’t notice that he charged me for two sandwiches when I only ordered one. I called the store when I get home and ask if I can come back to get a refund. The manager is leaving in 30 minutes and won’t be back till tomorrow and that’s when I can get my money. I show up the next day around the same time, they cannot give refunds unless it’s on the day of purchase. They will not give me a gift card for the food as I asked. The manager Nadine tells me that she has to take my receipt (which apparently is necessary to have a receipt number in order to complain online) and send it to her area manager and it doesn’t get sent out for another six days, then when she looks at it she will be issuing a refund. I called every week with the same response “she’ll look at it”. Today is three weeks since I was told she would get my refund, now the store keeps hanging up on me and refusing to give me the corporate number, area manager number, or even just my receipt number!!! Why can I not get a refund for one sandwich??? Your people aren’t paying attention to their job, And overcharging people, and you will do nothing about it?? I only ordered one sandwich, I only received one sandwich, I should only have to pay for one sandwich!!!!
The employees were great.. On the other hand they are out of everything.. Ice machine is broken.. Why are they even open?
My experience at this Subway has always been outstanding. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. The store is clean and the food is always fresh. The staff appear to all enjoy their jobs and make the atmosphere very pleasant. From the morning crew to the evening crew this Subway offers the best experience. This Subway has catering that does an outstanding job. Ordered a large catering order over the past weekend was very professional when I picked up the order. Everyone at the party loved the sandwiches. Keep up the good work!!!!
So I pulled up to this location at 9:14 am this morning (7/15/2021) and noticed the open sign wasn't on but I decided to try the door and it opened.When I got in the only employee looked bewildered and genuinely surprised and actually put off a very negative vibe simply by my presence.Anyway I continued my usual routine in public of some small talk and asked how her day was going and she looked at me and said "ugh, we just opened." In a very putoff tone. It seemed she didn't want me there and she didn't want to be there herself.I'm not asking for someone to be overwhelmingly happy when someone comes in but there needs to be some kind of level of professional consistency among the employees.Have a nice day.
It was good, took a star off for the staffs overall attitudes, but the food was fresh and tasted great.
Worst subway I’ve ever been to. Felt extremely unwelcome as soon as we walked in. Unfriendly service and did a horrible job preparing the sandwiches. Avoid coming here
