Holy Chaotic Meatballs. Starbucks, find the best leader you have in this market and station them in this store. A line of people waiting in store for mobile pickup and no one has acknowledged me after 15 minutes (I placed my order thru the app 30 minutes ago). I get that they are overwhelmed and busy BUT a little customer rapport would go a long way. Ceci YELLLLLLING is not a help. C’mon guys!
I had to post this because I keep giving this place a chance and today was just the last straw. The lady who served me was kind, but it is always the people who make the drinks who never make the drinks right.Almost 95% of the time i ask for light ice, and I get served a venti cup full of ice of whatever my drink is. So this morning I decided to try to ask for no ice because they never make my drink right anyway … what do I get? Half a drink IN A VENTI CUP. But when I order “REGULAR” venti cup size drink they give me light ice. Are you guys serious? There is no consistency. In all my years of drinking Starbucks I have never been served half a drink when asking for no ice. They just fill up the rest of the drink with more liquid to make up the difference. I cannot waste my money here any longer.
Went through the drive-thru at 8:30 this morning. There were a few cars in the parking lot and two in front of me in the drive-thru. I ordered a medium White Chocolate Mocha. The drink was ready when I got to the window. I paid the $5.39 and tip and drove away. Halfway home, I took a drink. Definitely NOT White Chocolate Mocha. When I arrived home, I asked my husband to take a drink. He did and said, "It's coffee with some other stuff in it.". Through with Starbucks.
Been here 3 times because it’s close to the house. Have only gotten my order right once. Maybe y’all should repeat orders once complete because this flat white drink is trash…not what I ordered but thanks I’ll keep wasting money in hopes I get what I want.
We love this Starbucks. We've never gotten a wrong order and the employees seem a bit more upbeat than other stores we've visited. Definitely recommend.
The staff is very friendly! This is also a good place to go to get out of the house for studying or getting some work done!
Grabbed my wife’s coffee. A little to expensive for my taste. I don’t think it taste that good.
So Starbucks decided that it would open late on Thanksgiving, so late that working people couldn't get coffee. Obviously Starbucks doesn't care about the unfortunate souls that have to work on Thanksgiving so why open at all? Just to ruin your own employee's Thanksgiving?
I always love going to Starbucks and getting a match lemonade it's a fantastic drink to keep me going all day.
Great service, got everything right and they were prompt, cordial and attentive. I will definitely return to this location, have had sub par experiences with similar places in the Tulsa area. This is definitely a well managed location.
