Wonderful people there. Love this Sonic ..

Well in todays complaint, I work/live near the 116th location in owasso and decided I wanted a peach water and was told it would be a 30 minute wait. I’d understand if I had ordered food and they were busy but neither was the case. Every single time I come here I never have a good experience, they forget sauces, sides, 30+ minute wait to get an incomplete order or to get someone else’s and the customer service doesn’t exist lol. I keep coming because I really just want them to do better and unfortunately I’m addicted to their peach waters.

I stopped at Sonic to get a sweet tea n ice cream. Mystical was 7.28. I gave the carhop 10.00 and she gave me back 2 1's. Did not give me my 72 cents in change. She informed me she had none. So. If she dies that to everyone she is taking advantage of people. On top of that I waited for almost 20 minutes. Bad service and carhop was rude when I asked for the rest of my change. Will NEVER come back. Sonic....get your service together and teach carhops to not be rude!

This location isn't one of Sonic's best location. The cooks need to be trained to serve burgers hot and juicy like they were yrs ago. We always said Sonic had it's own unique favor but this Sonic just doesn't match up to other locations. They need to look up David Carter owner of Sonic in Texas, I'm sure he can help to improve there food preparation.

I would to start off by stating I REALLY REALLY DO NOT LIKE GIVING 1 STAR REVIEWS. But certain situations truly call for it and unfortunately my visit today is one of those situations. I pulled into the drive thru at roughly 2:27(Only know the time because I'm on my lunch break) anyways there was a car in front of me and we sat there for about 5-7mins before the car in front finally moved on. I pull up to the window and I'm not greeted at all. No, "Apologize about the wait", no "I'll be right with you" nothing at all. Anyways, I sit there for roughly 3 mins without hearing anything. I decide to move up as well. There was a truck at the window, a car then myself. I sit about a min because I have to start heading back to work. So as I'm pulling out of line there was a car hop and another girl with a headset on. I asked her if there was a problem with the drive thru speaker because the car in front was waiting for awhile before he pulled up and I also waited awhile before pulling up. This girl looks at me and says "No, the drive through speaker is fine. I would assume u would have a long wait seeing how there is only one person with a headset" then just turned around and walked back inside. I mean EXTREMELY RUDE. So I pull around into a stall, press the button wait literally 8mins before someone gets on the speaker, I give her my order, and I'm asking about mustard this whole time she is talking over me and give the total then just disconnects from the speaker not allowing me to finish my sentence. The car hop who brought out my food was SUPER SWEET AND NICE.I'm not sure what was going on today with this girl but she sure left a really bad taste in my mouth about coming back here and I come here like 2-3x a week for lunch.

The two Sonic’s in Owasso are the worst. I ordered in the app at 5:01 and pulled up behind 2 cars. It is now 5:27 and the drive thru has only waited on one car while other cars have pulled in stalls, ordered, and had their food delivered. They finally handed out ice cream to the car in front of me, the second car. So when I pulled to the window, she apologized for the wait and I asked her what was the delay. She said the ice cream machine had to be reset and it takes 20 minutes. I asked, can’t you ask them to pull to a stall then? She said it was too cold to bring it out to them. So I guess it’s okay for us to wait 35 minutes for our app order. If I had not already paid, I would have left. Very frustrating. Go to the Sonic’s in Tulsa, they value their customers.

Clean facilities, happy helpful employees, quick and correct service. This location is a model of how Sonic can be with proper management and resources.

We waited over 30 minutes for our order. I don't consider that fast food. The food was cold and tasted like it sat around forever. We won't be going back.

Incredibly disappointed. I went to the drive thru for a slushy, not thinking my order would be triggering to a drive thru worker. I ordered a strawberry and lemon slushy, heavy on the flavoring. The rep asked if I wanted light flavor and I stated, no heavy and as I attempted to explain sonic reps have suggested I ask for it to be made this way because it's usually watery otherwise, I was cut-off by the drive thru employee and she was very snappy. I stated that I would pull up to the window. I felt the disrespect of being cut-off was not warranted and I refuse to argue in a drive-thru. At the window, I asked the lady if she was the one I had just spoken to? She said yes, so I immediately requested to speak with a manager. She pretended to be the manager and then asked another rep to talk to me after closing the window in my face. The 2nd employee never apologized either after witnessing this poor display of professionalism. The 2nd woman made the excuse of "We have to work fast" I of course will never visit this location again, but I am escalating this problem because Owasso residents or any other human -beings simply do not deserve this treatment. I've never been a "go live" person, but I regret not doing so.

my experience there today with the manager Brooke was horrible. i ordered a number 1 with bacon. My burger arrived with no bacon. Brooke told me she was going to bring me some bacon that i could put on my own sandwich. That she was NOT going to remake because she didn’t add the bacon. she was rude beyond measure. there is no way i will ever visit this location again until the get rid of Brooke
