This location is awful… I keep going back hoping it’s better and I’m always disappointed.. today it was “we’re doing drinks only” I then went to the one on 116th and got my order within 2-3 minutes..
Terrible service. Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes with only 1 car In front of me. Finally just left. You need help and adults to run this sonic. Last trip for me
This Sonic I used the app & gift card payment. My food came out in minutes after I checked in. The food I ordered was prepared correct.The desert sticks were cooked in old grease & had the flavor of the grease. I did not receive my ketchup I requested for my onion rings.The young lady that delivered the food was extremely friendly & polite .
We ordered food on the app and added our sauces, the carhop Annah gave us our food and didn’t say anything or even give us a smile. We didn’t get our sauces so we pressed the button again and asked for 3 of each, we didn’t get the amount requested. We requested one more time, politely. When the carhop came out she was telling us how it was our fault we didn’t request it on the app and I showed her our receipt showing we did in fact request it, then said we should have specified when we asked the SECOND time then proceeded to throw the receipt at us. I understand it was busy, but the service we had was terrible over something so simple.
Went on my lunch break because there were only a couple cars. Waited 40 minutes, and never received my order. Pressed the button twice to see where it was, and no one ever answered.I normally don’t leave reviews, but I was frustrated enough to leave one this time. The carhops are always friendly here, but this is a very old, run down looking sonic, something you would expect to find in a town forgotten by America. Definitely visit the other sonic location, they’re great!
Sat in the stall for a long time with only 3 other cars on the property 2 of which were eating already. And they proceed to take orders from their drive thru skipping over us then they finally come to our stall and couldn’t even take our order correctly we will not be back to this awful location
Literally the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. This picture is only one of many problems. Barely any chili on the coney… oh… and they have no spoons… hope you don’t want to eat your blast or sundae.
We ordered 4 drinks while we were on the road. We got back on the highway and realized that we were given no straws. Very annoying, especially with kids. My husband's Dr Pepper was TERRIBLE!! He couldn't even drink it. My strawberry lemon slush had little to no strawberry in it, you have to pay extra for the strawberry. ? Then, my kids both got blue coconut slushes and they were not even blue, they just tasted like plain slush mix! How can you mess up every drink in a drink only order? And then not even give any straws? Lazy and careless at this location.
I want to like our local Sonic Drive-ins; I really do. However, the 86th and 116th locations have such high turnover they frequently have major service issues ranging from no one on the drive-thru, so you have to guess what's going on, to ordering is beyond impossible and the food order being wrong. Couple this with the train wreck of an app, and you have a recipe for disaster. Don't know about the app issues yet? If you place an order in the app and the store can't fill it, the store is closed for some reason (in one case for us, a power outage, the app let us place an order unaware of this fact) when you get there, can't find the order, issue with the food, etc. You CAN NOT get a refund from the store, period. You must call an 800 number to try and get any resolution, which in many cases leads to them keeping your money, and you got nothing. If they fill any part of the order, they will flat out be unable to refund the unfilled portion. Whatever happened to basic contracts here? It seems simple, I give you money, and you provide me with food as ordered. Anyway, if you do go, the best advice I have is don't use the app, or you may end up hungry with a lighter wallet to boot.
My car hop was as sweet as Sonic's milk shakes! Checked on me several times as she served others. Always great food and service!
