I don't know what it is, but the bread here is amazing. That's what makes a good sandwich. I don't care if its a moldy gym sock with ranch. Get your minds out of the gutter, I'll be back for more
I didn’t notice when I was handed a bag in the drive thru the bottom was soaking wet , when I get back to work I grabbed the bag and started to head inside, the bottom of the bag came out and my sandwich and pickle scattered on the pavement, the pickle was still outside when I left work today, I guess the birds enjoyed my sandwich
Absolutely awesome customer service! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with friendly service to the person that brought our food out to us. The sandwiches were wonderful! Highly recommend this restaurant!!!
Scotty is the new manager. He has deep cleaned the store and changed employees. The pizza was delicious and was BOGO free in the app on Wednesdays. Give them another try! New leadership makes a difference. He came out on the patio and introduced himself and checked on our food, etc. We were impressed!
I have been a regular here at Owasso Schlotzskys’s and have never once had a bad experience until my last visits with the new management. The last time I went in the lobby. Bathrooms had no toilet paper and were nasty. They took forever on my order just for it not to be right. Even the food seems like it’s not as good of quality. The new manager Scott doesn’t seem like he can handle his crew very well. Schlotzskys’s has gone down hill. Will definitely not be returning.
This location has recently changed management and the quality of food has improved; so has the service! The new manager and new staff are very professional and helpful. The food is delicious and you can't beat the BOGO Pizza!!
Over the last week this Schlotzsky's in Owasso has went down hill fast. Whoever the new manager is ( Destiny I was told) with all the new faces that have showed up as well. They all need to go to etiquette classes because these new kids and the manager have no manners whatsoever. No matter if your in line inside or drive thru. We visit this Schlotzsky's at least 3 times a week all at different times because we enjoy a good sandwich. But I cant guarantee we will not be returning to the Owasso location as long as this new manager and her new crew are there. We'll drive out of our way to go to Tulsa. If this is the same manager that came from the Sand Springs store then our Owasso store wont last long. Our service today 6-4-2022 around noonish was awful. 10 thumbs down
Emily is new to her management roll, seeing that she has taken action is able to run the store with out any help and is showing great leadership it great! definitely a very hard working and intelligent employee!
I bought 2sandwiches. One was the roast beef with cheese. When I got home to eat it I found that 3/4 of the meat was fat. Part of what little meat there was was green. Needless to say I didn't eat it. $10 down the drain ?
Arby's makes a better roastbeef sandwich the number 6 is just down right nasty will not eat Here ever agin smoky bacon roast beef asswitch is more like it
