The food was awesome we ordered BIG DADDY burgers and a half order of fries. We where FULL a long time. Then had a late dinner.
Out of most places in Owasso this restaurant is the most consistent in how good it is. I have never gone here and had a bad meal. Occasionally some things might get a little mixed up but they always fix it. Very nice staff who are kind, and the food is always good. Especially their chicken.
So I ordered the 3 way chili. It was the first time I had ordered that entree. I had tasted the chili at another restaurant before. It was good at the other location so I said what the hey, I'll try it Normally I would have the sausage cheeseburger which is great. The chili here was not good. Nothing like what I had had at another location. I don't know if it was old or what but it reminded me of opening a can of dog food. That smell is what I smelled and ultimately tasted. I ate a few bites, and I had to push it away. I asked my wife to try it to see if it was me. She agreed that it tasted off. The cashier was told about it and he said "yah, I don't like it either." and that was the end of it. My family enjoyed their meal. Mine was atrocious.
The Ron's special is Legitimately one of my favorite burgers ever. The staff is super nice and I always have a great time!

The food is good but the dining experience itself is miserable. It always feels like a meat locker. Always so cold it’s not enjoyable at all
Ordered 2 orders of boneless chicken. Usually it is very moist & tender, tonight it's so salty & very, very dry. So very disappointed!! Now my husband doesn't have anything for dinner or lunch tomorrow. Not sure I will go back.
Felt so rushed to order immediately and just get out of the way during dinner here... and the place wasn't busy. Also, I'm a long time (30 years?) Ron's fan since the original location in midtown, and the burger quality is lacking (at least for this location) lately. I cannot put my finger on it, but the quality of the meat, or how it's being prepared, was not up to expectations. Spanish fries were great, and chili was fine (never been a huge chili fan, but it was normal experience). Generally not thrilled with the service here nor the cleanliness of the place. Somehow it seems the most popular restaurants think it's okay to let the place go, and I've never understood that... from the bathrooms (cleanliness and functionality) to the unbalanced air vents blowing the napkins off some tables... so easy to be ahead of that stuff and an inexpensive opportunity to keep up the customer experience. Shouldn't be neglected in my opinion.
