Food was okay, might be overpriced. $13 for a chicken sandwich, but they do give you free unlimited steak fries, chips, or house salad. :) I had the California chicken sandwich. My wife had the Whiskey BBQ chicken Sandwich. They tasted good. Fries were great, can with dipping sauces. Service was really good. Drinks stayed full. I would definitely come back, but I wouldn’t bring my whole family.
Horrible service!! Sat in there 15 minutes and no server came to even take drink orders but 2 tables that were seated after us had their drink orders taken.
Lunch was amazing. I ended up getting wings and pretzel bites off the appetizer menu even though I normally get the shroom burger. It was fantastic! Will visit again.
Was a slow night but the service was good. Wanted the burger with egg but apparently the chickens didn't lay eggs so I had to get one without. Otherwise very good.
Absolutely amazing! Everyone was so kinda and took care of every need. The food was incredible, as was the atmosphere. My two toddlers were calm and happy the whole time.. think they were sad to leave.. Absolutely fantastic across the board!
The food was great. The service was the best it could be since our waitress was the only one covering the bar as well as several large tables. The waitress was rushed to take our order and then was so busy with other orders our drinks were left empty most of the time we were there. We tried using the touch screen table monitor to reorder our drinks but the machine wasn’t in service and we weren’t able to locate another one. The wait time for the table was over 45 mins on a Friday afternoon/early evening which isn’t that bad for the area really. All in all it was just “ok”, nothing that made us put it on our list of regular rotations for dinner plans.
Place has gone down hill. It used to be a great second option but this time all the drinks had stuff floating in it, almost impossible to get a refill, half the orders in our group of four was wrong, and the one mix drink we ordered had zero alcohol. I've been waiting for our waitress to ask for my check for 15 minutes now. But the mozzarella sticks were bomb so I added a star.
Food was good enough but couldn't enjoy our lunch because it was absolutely freezing in there. My wife and I both had our coats on and still cold. Saw another customer with the jacket hood over their head.Asked them to adjust it warmer but they didn't.We won't be back.
First time there. Their hamburgers were a little expensive. Mine was good, they had to bring me pickles that wernt on my sandwich. They said they would bring French fries before our food arrived. They came after our food arrived. It was like they were old, so the fries weren't very good, the sauces were.
Had a great experience @ Red Robin Owasso! Rebecca was a breath of fresh air. Very attentive and a pleasure to talk to. Definitely would recommend this Red Robin to anyone.
