This location is AMAZING!!! Just picked up my order. Made to perfection! May make it a weekly thing. The young man was very courteous and kind! Hard to find good help, but looks like the local owners are doing something right!
Best big chain pizza in town. Have positive experiences with their staff regularly. Good pizza and good customer service makes for a place you want to visit over and over.Thanks PJ's!
Seriously the worst customer service and experience we have had with any pizza place. Gave us the wrong order and customer service refused to do anything about it. I could not eat the food that was delivered due to allergies (mushrooms) and was told too bad. Terrible, terrible service and food. And good luck calling the store, it’s constantly a “busy” signal. Go elsewhere.
I had a coupon from red cross, free pizza, I ordered sausage, onions and bell peppers, their was so much bell peppers I couldn't taste the meat and to top it off they look like they was laid on top after it was done. Yes I end up paying for extra topping but couldn't eat it. I guess the love. Thursday 6 January. Paid with a card, if I had look in side before I left I would have asked for my money back, just had got of therapy that was supposed to be my dinner. I had surgery on both my hands. So I didn't have any dinner I was so disappointed. Other people on my job have the same coupon. I will tell them of my experience and let them make a decision. Dissatisfied customers

Not sure why I see so many negative reviews for this place. They have the nicest staff and it's always quality food.
The food tasted good, but the delivery took longer than projected and the food was room temperature.
Placed an in app order at 6:05pm, app showed it finally tracking & ready to pick up by 6:35. Left to get it, 5 minutes away, told once I arrived that it would be another 30 minutes! ? Oven broken but they apparently checking off orders as not to appear behind to corporate I’m guessing. It showed I picked it up at 6:40! Boo! If behind, should’ve called customers & given US the option to cancel. I paid $86 which included a TIP ahead of time only to be majorly let down & upset.
Once a week family staple … it’s as bland as it gets but hubby and 2 boys all picky eaters with no room for change. Right now it’s making sure there is something to eat to help them survive ???? . I promise you all the specials in this store are great. We are loyal members of Owasso Papa John’s Pizza
