Always have great service at this location. And it’s standard Panera food (great quality). I enjoy a large coffee (coffee club) and a pecan braid. The sandwiches and soups never disappoint. And I’ve never had a baked good I don’t like. Restrooms and facilities are always cleaned and well maintained. The tables are cleaned quickly. The Wifi is always working, too. This is a good location for meetings. Ample seating and ample parking. The staff is always very helpful. I will definitely return.
Went in about 11:30, no line. Ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and a salad. Food came out quickly and delicious.
Worst customer service ever. Waited 10 minutes for a bagel with 4 people walking past me one saying they would be right with me. Then was told I should wait in the food line. Just went ahead and left… terrible
Thank god they can’t mess the Broccoli cheese soup up. But they sure can forget half the ingredients on your salad! Ordered the sesame Asian salad tonight got a tub full of lettuce, wonton strips, and chicken.. thought something looked strange googled the ingredients in a salad I’ve been eating for years thinking wait a minute.. only to find yes I was correct my salad wasn’t even made with the proper “Panera listed ingredients” do better Owasso Panera or learn how to make your menu items up to standard
The drive thru was disorganized, slow and awkward. Did not get what we ordered. Slow, messy packing. Very disappointed.
I just sat drinking a $6.00 cup of coffee. After ordering a plain baggel and coffee I sat for twenty minutes only to have someone come up and say they were out of plain baggels. Would have been nice to know that sooner.
I always love me some panera. The broccoli and cheddar, Mac and cheese, and Ceasars salad are my go to's.
Extremely disappointed in last visit here. I have no issue using the drive-thru bc the lobby is closed. My issues are the drive-thru menu only shows a few items available, very limited. I get that their main push is ordering online, but if you are coming by last minute bc it sounds yummy, the menu could show more details. Also, when using just drive-thru service, your customer service should be phenomenal. The drive-thru attendant we had chose our side items as they were not offered to me. Also, each time I asked for something, instead of answering my questions I got "is that all". And to top it off, once I received my order, I felt overcharged for the salad. I paid almost $11 for a 1/3 of a salad when I ordered a full salad. The bottom was barely covered, there was 3 small slices of chicken and 2 tiny apple chunks in what was supposed to be an apple chicken salad. Oh did I mention the dressing? The container was only filled 1/3 of the way, didn't even have enough for the 1/3 of a salad I paid for. Overall disappointing. Next time I want to spend $30 on a meal, I'm going somewhere where I at least get a decent portion AND someone who does their job.
This is a loaf of bread ( or what should be one ) it was bits and pieces of a loaf . When bringing it back cause it was delivered. The manager who was pleasant but didn’t think she really cared about what I was saying told me that they did not have anymore loafs of that type of bread . She said ( her excuse was that the girl wasn’t trained on cutting bread ) Then why have been cut the bread since Andrea the manager did call me before it was delivered and tell me that they didn’t have the first bread I ordered . She said she didn’t know she hadn’t been trained . If you know she is new … you should ask ! Be proactive instead of sending a bag of bird bread to my house ! This location of Panera has lost its luster for most of Owasso anyway as the reviews have gotten worse over time ! Sadly will have to drive to another location from now on !
