This review is based on my curbside experience. Long wait times. Can never get a hold of anyone when you try to call the number given on here. After a few rings, it sounds like a fax machine picks up so you can NEVER get any customer service that way. Fries are never fresh. They've left out our kids meal drinks each time. The servers who bring out your food are not friendly.
This is THE WORST MCDONALD'S we've ever been to! We stopped here because of location after a doctor's appointment and we had to get a few things for dinner and MCDONALD'S was here. Big mistake. Sidel took our order and was mumbling throughout the whole time. We watched him and the rest of the staff upfront and it was awful. Cold burgers that was put together and asked him to melt the cheese which he put in the microwave too ooohhh long. The fries were sitting out for at least 5 minutes plus so I asked for fresh ones, again a lot of mumbling. I absolutely refuse to go back here again. THE WORST FOOD HANDLING, STAFF I'VE EVER SEEN.
I ordered a medium unsweet iced tea two deluxe cheeseburgers and a medium fry the fries were cold the hamburgers were cold and not hot at all didn’t get any napkins. It should be common sense to put napkins in a bag when you order fries in a hamburger.
Excellent McDonald's experience today!! Fast service, fresh hot food, accurate order. Love this location for their double line which moves fast every time!!
Can’t cook anything right you over cook my egg in my sandwich but decide not to cook the bread…
I had the worst breakfast, I've ever had this morning from this store. Normally, this store is good but this morning I ordered an Egg McMuffin with bacon and 2 hash browns. The hash browns were barely warm and that was the best part. The English muffins were barely toasted and tasted almost raw or unthawed, and the egg was what looked like was imitation scrambled egg; when did they go away from the egg white (poached egg) look? I tried to call and talk to a manager to see what their story was, but the phone # sends me to a fax, thanks for the shattered eardrum and lousy breakfast. I hope you bounce back or this will be a place I stay away from.
If lobby close ok. But don’t say it’s open but not. New hours on doors say open.
Food was fast and fresh. The employees here are doing a great job with everything they have to deal with. There were three people running a busy location and they all deserve a raise.
Always a good place to grab a quick bite.
The Mcchicken Shop. They make good Mcchickens. They're the kind of chicken sandwiches you never crave, but you always go back to when you drank too much.
