Lucky there getting a 3 star at most, they usually are slow so be prepared to wait. New owners and they upped the prices on everything. Same food and made with less care. Especially there mchicken. Sometimes Whenever adults are working they make my sandwich perfect and careful that’s why I’m giving it 3 stars but when the teens are there it’s trash.
Seems like since the new owners took over the service has gone way down hill. The drive through is ridiculously slow. Didn't take long for them to destroy what was one the best McDonald's you'd ever visit. But now, it's no better, actually probably worse, than most of the McDonald's in Tulsa. At this very moment I've been sitting in the drive through for 10 minutes and only 2 cars have moved. Get your act together and bring back the quality Owasso has come to expect.

Sucked ordered and paid for a LG iced coffee received a small, kid working window handed me my food and drink super fast and shut the window just as fast. Very disappointing
Makes online order, can't pick it up after my card has been charged because this location can't figure what posted hours are.Update 03/30/22. Tried again because you know when you work nights there aren't options and lunch is at 12. You claim to close at 1 not 12:13 so what gives?
Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The older lady with short hair who works the drive thru at night always has an attitude and is rude about problems they cause. No need to treat customers this way. I'll avoid this location like the plague. Reading other reviews it looks like this is a pattern, hopefully corporate pulls their franchise soon.
After getting RAW meat on burger during Nat'l Food Safety Month, I was offered replacement meals to be redeemed from a "BOOK". However, tonight "CHASE" THE RUDE MANAGER DECIDED I WAS TRYING TO SCAM HIM OUT OF MEALS! I WAS REFUSED MY REPLACEMENT MEALS! MY NAME WAS NOT IN "BOOK" ON THE DATE I have PROOF they served me RAW MEAT!! He said even if my name WAS IN THE "BOOK" HE WOULD NOT GIVE IT TO ME ANYWAY CUZ IT HAS BEEN TOO LONG! LOOKS LIKE THE MANAGER WAS JUST LYING BY TELLING ME SHE WOULD PUT MY NAME IN THE "BOOK". THEY SERVE DANGEROUS FOOD THEN TREAT U LIKE A DEGENERATE WHEN ATTEMPTING TO REDEEM THE MEALS TO PLACATE U SO U DO NOT HIRE A LAWYER AND SUE. LUCKY NO ONE DIED FROM YOUR RAW MEAT & I CANNOT EVEN GET THE ORIGINAL MEAL I PAID FOR MADE PROPERLY!!!
Even though restrictions have been lifted they refuse to open their lobby EXCEPT for friends/family.This is the ONLY McDonald's in the area that refuses to serve any breakfast items all day.
