New to the Owasso area and have grown to love this restaurant! I think the service is always on point and never had a bad experience with that. Their salsa is good, and the queso is great too. Personally I think they put a little too many onions in it, but I get it every time I come here. I had their variety enchiladas last visit. The cheese/onion was OK. But their Beef and Fajita chicken ones were amazing! Chicken had the perfect amount of blackened taste and the beef had lots of flavor. Their margaritas are very good and would highly recommend the pinia colada, both had lots of flavor and not overwhelming with the liquor. Looking forward to my next visit!
My husband placed a to go order and when he got the food home, the order was completley wrong. We live 30 minutes away so it wasn't like he could just drive it back. I called and talked to the manager and was told that since he ordered it through doordash that they wouldn't refund our order. I said even though your staff messed up the order, you aren't going to take responsibility for messing it up? The manager said "no." I find this very unprofessional since we had proof that the order was wrong. The Owasso location will never receive our business again. I'm glad there's still the one in broken arrow, they're always a delight
Not impressed! Looks expensive on the outside and high priced food on the inside. Service was good but a simple chimichanga was tasteless. Small pieces inside that had no spices. Lacked plating presence. Salsa was good but needed some heat. The best part was the beans. Expensive lunch. We won't be back. If you want a really great tasty lunch and are in Dewey and go to Soboras.
We came in from out of town and were looking for a good place to get takeout, and this place was great. We walked in to order and sat at the bar to wait. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and brought chips and waters while we waited. We waited only 10 minutes for our large to go order. And the food was delicious! Great atmosphere and great staff, we’ll definitely visit again next time we’re in town!
We got the fajitas trio it's beef chicken and shrimp. And the peach ? frozen Margareta.
Group of 11 seated quickly. Tamales were delicious. Way too many chips! Everyone liked their choice. Our server Jocelyn was on the ornery side but did a great job.
Shrimp fajitas tasted...ok. Main issue is I ran out of shrimp before I ran out of tortillas. I only use 3 or 4 per fajita so it's not asking much to put 12 shrimp on the order. El Jalepeno always gives more than enough meat with their fajitas and they taste amazing! Final issue was that all my tortillas were very crispy as if left on the griddle too long and burnt the edges.
I ordered Mexico City Tacos, steak was so dry and chewy, so I requested to get chicken with the hopes of maybe to get fresh cooked chicken, same thing very dry and pre cooked chicken which was sitting probably from the night before, YAK
We had a group of 10 who decided to go eat. They accommodated us well. Drinks were brought promptly, bar drinks took a long while to get tho. I always order the "polo con chorizo", it's my favorite meal and the reason I go there. The stuffing seemed to be a little skimpy this time. But I love the borracho beans, and the little bit of spice that is added to them.
W-O-W! We are new to the area and we're referred by our Realtor... so we made it a priority to come here first. It did not disappoint! We loved everything we ordered! We loved it so much, we returned the next day for lunch!
