I couldn't be more excited about the Boba Tea! They have fun options! I can't wait to come back by and try other stuff.P.S. their Boba was perfect! I don't know how but some places mess them up! Here at Laca Boba they did it perfectly! 10 out of 10
Ordered a peach tea and asked for it without any sweetener. We get the tea and it was soooo sweet. When we tried talking to the guy working he says that's just how the syrup is and brushed us off. Apparently it's just a bunch of syrup they pump in to flavor it. You'd think he would mention that when it was specifically stated to not have any sweetener. Or idk offer to replace it since it was basically undrinkable. Will not be going back.
They do not allow call-in orders making it VERY difficult & inconvenient trying to get a drink. They offer doordash or online ordering on their website, neither of which I'm interested in.As a long-term restaurant manager I will say that is a ridiculous policy & you're losing business. Probably 30% of my restaurant business is call-ins.In the busy world we live in, don't nobody have time to wait in line to order. You lost my business today.
Decided to bring my son to get boba tea today as a surprise. There was one girl working and had several of us customers waiting. Bless her soul! I just want to say she was absolutely rocking it by herself! The teas are delicious and we plan to come back! I hope this place has more help though. I’d hate to see this gem go. :( I hope the rest of us visiting today have some great tips for this girl. She deserves it for all her hard work today.
We LOVE this place! It's the best boba. If you like PSLs, you have to try a pumpkin spice milk tea with house boba. It will knock your socks off
I normally have great customer service and the baristas are good at serving but today the barista was worried about her phone that she would not let it go and was texting while I trying to hand my cash to pay. Very inconsiderate about their customers time.
Personally, when Ding Tea first opened, the first few couple years were great, the Tapioca Balls were fully cooked and everything but lately, every time i’ve came by, the regular boba is either not cooked enough or just super hard…it’s been disappointing because the one in Tulsa is fine. maybe it’s just my luck lol
They have best tea. I love how they can adjust the sweetness as I wanted.
We love boba!!! The kiwi smoothie, taro milk tea and brown sugar pearl latte are a go to for us ❤
I absolutely love this place! Everything that I’ve tried here has been amazing, and I’m a regular customer! The last time I went in, which was a few days ago, they had it posted that they are under new management, and they weren’t out of anything! Almost every business is having trouble keeping their inventory stocked right now due to COVID and shipping delays, so I feel like this should be expected anywhere.
